摘 要:依托重庆广阳岛大河文明馆项目,基于大流动性、超长保坍、低黏度、高抗裂等性能要求,设计了彩色清水高性能混凝土,并研究了氧化铁颜料、玄武岩纤维和减水剂对其性能的影响。结果表明:当氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑的质量比为5.5∶3.5∶1.0时,彩色清水高性能混凝土的颜色满足设计要求;当氧化铁颜料掺量为12.0 kg/m3、玄武岩纤维掺量为2.5 kg/m3时,彩色清水高性能混凝土的工作性、抗裂性能良好;在母液中掺入适量引气剂DYQ、消泡剂JXJ、降黏母液JSJ2,同时采用“先消后引”的加入顺序配制的减水剂能有效改善彩色清水高性能混凝土的外观;制备的彩色清水高性能混凝土的28 d抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能达到KS90,早期抗裂、28 d抗氯离子渗透(电通量法)、28 d抗碳化性能分别达到了L-Ⅲ、Q-Ⅲ、T-Ⅲ等级,满足工程要求。
Abstract: Based on the project of Great River Civilization Pavilion in Guangyang Island, Chongqing, a colored fair-faced high-performance concrete was designed based on the requirements of high fluidity, ultra-long slump preservation, low viscosity, and high crack resistant performance, and the effects of iron oxide pigments, basalt fibers, and water reducing agents on its performance were investigated. The results show that when the mass ratio of iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow and iron oxide black is 5.5∶3.5∶1.0, the color of colored fair-faced high-performance concrete meets the design requirements. When the content of iron oxide pigment is 12.0 kg/m3 and the content of basalt fibers is 2.5 kg/m3, the workability and crack-resistant performance of colored fair-faced high-performance concrete are excellent. Adding appropriate amount of air entraining agent DYQ, defoamer JXJ, viscosity reducing mother liquor JSJ2 into the mother liquor, and at the same time the water reducing agent configured in the order of "first eliminate and then lead" can effectively improve the appearance of colored fair-faced concrete. The colored fair-faced high-performance concrete prepared with the 28 d sulphate erosion resistance performance reaches KS90, and the performance of early cracking resistance, 28 d resistance to chlorine ion infiltration (electric flux method), and 28 d resistance to carbonation performance reach the grades of L-Ⅲ, Q-Ⅲ, and T-Ⅲ respectively, which satisfies the engineering requirements.
