摘 要:设计制作了强度等级为C20、C30、C40、C50 的预制构件混凝土试块,测试了试块混凝土的7、14、28、60 d回弹强度和抗压强度,采用幂函数形式的回归模型建立了预制构件混凝土专用测强曲线方程,并计算了平均相对误差和相对标准差。结果表明:建立的专用测强曲线回归方程为fcu,ic=1.773 1Rm0.865 1,其平均相对误差为±0.3%,相对标准差为0.5%,满足相关规范要求,且适用于回弹法检测龄期为7 d的预制构件混凝土抗压强度预测。
Abstract: Prefabricated component concrete test blocks with strength grades of C20, C30, C40, and C50 were designed and manufactured. The rebound strength and compressive strength of the test blocks at 7 d, 14 d, 28 d, and 60 d were measured. A power function regression model was employed to develop a specialized strength measurement curve for prefabricated component concrete, and the average relative error and relative standard deviation were calculated. The results indicate that the regression equation for the established special strength measurement curve is fcu,ic=1.773 1Rm0.865 1, with an average relative error of ±0.3%, and a relative standard deviation of 0.5%. These findings meet the requirements of relevant specifications and are suitable for predicting the compressive strength of prefabricated component concrete using a rebound method for testing age of 7 days.
