摘 要:通过正交试验研究了矿渣掺量(20%、30%、40%)、水胶比(0.30、0.33、0.36)和碱激发剂模数(1.2、1.4、1.6)对地聚物混凝土与既有混凝土试件(组合试件)界面黏结性能的影响。结果表明:组合试件呈脆性破坏,断裂面位于界面处;各因素对组合试件界面黏结性能影响的大小顺序为矿渣掺量>碱激发剂模数>水胶比,最佳配合比为矿渣掺量40%、水胶比0.36、碱激发剂模数1.4。
Abstract: The effects of the slag content(20%, 30%, 40%), water-binder ratio (0.30, 0.33, 0.36) and modulus(1.2, 1.4, 1.6) of alkali activator on the interfacial bonding performance between geopolymer concrete and existing concrete specimens(combined specimens) were investigated using an orthogonal experimental design. The results show that the combined specimens exhibit brittle failure, with the fracture surface primarily located at the interface. The effect of these factors on the interfacial bonding performance of combined specimens is ranked as follows: the content of slag > modulus of alkali activator > water-binder ratio. The optimal mix proportion is determined to be a slag content of 40%, the water-binder ratio of 0.36, and the modulus of alkali activator of 1.4.
