摘 要:以水泥、铁尾矿砂和羟丙基甲基纤维素为主要原材料配制了干混砂浆,研究铁尾矿砂的颗粒级配对砂浆工作性和力学性能的影响,并进行了机理分析。结果表明:随着铁尾矿砂中粒径<0.075 mm颗粒占比的减少,砂浆的稠度增大,保水率降低,7 d、28 d抗折与抗压强度均先增大后减小;综合考虑工作性和力学性能,建议铁尾矿砂的最佳颗粒级配为粒径<0.075、0.075~0.150、0.150~0.300、0.300~0.600 mm的颗粒占比分别为10%、10%、50%、30%。
Abstract: A dry-mixed mortar was prepared by using cement, iron tailings sand, and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as the main raw materials. The influence of particle size distribution of iron tailings sand on the workability and mechanical properties of the mortar was studied, and the mechanism was analyzed. The results show that as the proportion of particles with particle size of less than 0.075 mm in the iron tailings sand decreases, the consistency of the mortar increases, the water retention rate decreases, and the 7 d and 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength first increase and then decrease. Taking into account both workability and mechanical properties, it is recommended that the optimal particle size distribution for iron tailings sand be 10%, 10%, 50%, and 30% of particles with particle sizes <0.075, 0.075~0.150, 0.150~0.300, and 0.300~0.600 mm, respectively.
