摘 要:用四种不同性能的再生骨料制备了无机人造石,研究了再生骨料性能对无机人造石板试件力学性能的影响,并分析了微观机理。结果表明:由四种不同性能再生骨料制备而成的无机人造石板试件的力学性能优良,压缩强度和抗弯强度均满足相关标准要求;再生骨料的微粉含量和吸水率过高会降低无机人造石板试件的力学性能,削弱无机人造石界面过渡区及浆体的显微硬度;随着压碎指标的增大,无机人造石板试件的力学性能基本先增后降。
Abstract: Inorganic artificial stone was prepared with four kinds of recycled aggregates of different performance, and the influence of recycled aggregate performance on the mechanical properties of inorganic artificial stone board specimen was investigated, and the mechanism was analyzed. The results show that, the mechanical properties of inorganic artificial stone board specimen prepared with four different properties of recycled aggregates are excellent, and the compressive strength and flexural strength meet the requirements of the relevant specification. Excessive fine powder content and water absorption rate of recycled aggregates reduce the mechanical properties of inorganic artificial stone board specimen, and weaken the microhardness of interfacial transition zone and slurry of inorganic artificial stone. With the increase of the crushing index, the mechanical properties of inorganic artificial stone board specimen basically basically first increase and then decrease.
