摘 要:对DT-PHC 400-350(80)AB-8和D-PHC 800-750(110)AB-12这两种竹节管桩开展了抗剪试验研究,得到了抗剪承载力、裂缝分布、破坏特征等指标,并将抗剪承载力试验值与计算值进行了对比。结果表明:采用桩身外径计算竹节管桩的抗剪承载力较为安全;竹节管桩的破坏形式为纯弯段底部受拉区钢棒拉断或桩身中部水平裂缝开展宽度过大;桩身裂缝出现前,各测点应变基本呈线性增长趋势;竹节管桩跨中受压区测点应变随荷载的增加而稳定增长,弯剪段测点应变与斜裂缝开展密切相关;桩身中部环向测点应变与水平裂缝开展密切相关。
Abstract: Shear tests were conducted on two types of nodular concrete piles, specifically DT-PHC 400-350(80)AB-8 and D-PHC 800-750(110)AB-12, to evaluate their shear bearing capacity, crack distribution, and failure characteristics. And the shear bearing capacity test values were compared with the calculated values. The results indicate that using the outer diameter of the pile body for calculating the shear bearing capacity of nodular concrete piles is relatively conservative and safe. The failure mode of nodular concrete piles is that the steel rod in the tensile zone at the bottom of the pure bending section breaks or the horizontal crack in the middle of the pile body develops too wide. Prior to cracks formation, strain at each measuring point shows a linear growth trend. In the mid-span compression zone, strain steadily increases with the increase of the applied load. Strain at the measuring point in the bending shear section is closely associated with the development of diagonal cracks. The strain of the circumferential measuring point in the middle of the pile body correlates with the progression of horizontal cracks.
