摘 要:为了解决自密实混凝土(SCC)的收缩开裂问题,研究了高吸水性树脂(SAP)内养护SCC(SIC-SCC)的性能,在SCC中掺入不同掺量的SAP(0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%)与额外水(0、10、20、30 kg/m3),分析了SAP掺量与额外引水量对SIC-SCC力学性能、抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:随着SAP掺量与额外引水量的增加,SIC-SCC的抗压强度、抗折强度基本呈先增加后降低的趋势,当额外引水量为10~20 kg/m3、SAP掺量为0.2%~0.3%时,SIC-SCC的力学性能最佳;随着SAP掺量与额外引水量的增加,SIC-SCC的质量损失率基本呈先降低后增加的趋势,相对动弹性模量基本呈先增加后降低的趋势,当SAP掺量为0.3%、额外引水量为20 kg/m3时,SIC-SCC的抗冻性能最佳。
Abstract: In order to solve the problem of shrinkage cracking in self-compacting concrete(SCC), the performance of super water absorbent polymer(SAP) internal curing SCC(SIC-SCC) was studied. Different contents of SAP (0, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%) and additional water(0, 10, 20, 30 kg/m3) were added into SCC, and the effects of SAP content and additional water content on the mechanical properties and frost resistance of SIC-SCC were discussed. The results show that with the increase of SAP content and additional water content, the compressive and flexural strength of SIC-SCC increase firstly and decrease then. Moreover, the mechanical properties of SIC-SCC are optimal when the additional water content is 10~20 kg/m3 and the SAP content is 0.2%~0.3%. With the increase of SAP content and additional water content, the mass loss rate of SIC-SCC shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, and the relative dynamic elastic modulus shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. When the SAP content is 0.3% and the additional water content is 20 kg/m3, the frost resistance of SIC-SCC is the best.
