摘 要:依托某隧道工程,对比研究了不同减水剂(普通、专用)和液体无碱速凝剂(HQ-241、TS9)对喷射混凝土拌合物性能、初凝时间、回弹率和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:与采用普通减水剂和HQ-241速凝剂的喷射混凝土相比,采用专用减水剂和TS9速凝剂的喷射混凝土的综合性能较好,其拌合物性能能够维持2 h内基本一致,泵送压力低于10 MPa,回弹率低于10%,8 h抗压强度为5.6 MPa,1、3、7、28 d抗压强度分别为18.6、31.2、38.9、48.2 MPa。
Abstract: Based on a certain tunnel project, a comparative study was conducted on the effects of various water reducing agents(ordinary and special) and liquid alkali-free flash setting admixture(HQ-241 and TS9) on the mixture performance, initial setting time, rebound rate, and compressive strength of shotcrete. The results show that, compared with the shotcrete using ordinary water reducing agent and HQ-241 flash setting admixture, the shotcrete using special water reducing agent and TS9 flash setting admixture has better comprehensive performance. Its mixture performance can be maintained basically the same within 2 h, with a pumping pressure below 10 MPa, a rebound rate below 10%, 8 h compressive strength of 5.6 MPa, and 1 d, 3 d, 7 d, and 28 d compressive strengths of 18.6 MPa, 31.2 MPa, 38.9 MPa, and 48.2 MPa, respectively.
