摘 要:研究了机制砂的取代率(0、30%、60%)和煤矸石陶粒取代率(0、20%、40%、60%)对混凝土坍落度、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和微观形貌的影响。结果表明:掺机制砂和煤矸石陶粒混凝土的坍落度小于天然骨料混凝土,且随着机制砂或煤矸石陶粒取代率的增加,混凝土的坍落度降低;当煤矸石陶粒取代率为40%、机制砂取代率为30%时,混凝土的28 d抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度相对较高;煤矸石陶粒与浆体的界面过渡区有Ca(OH)2、C-S-H凝胶、AFt等水化产物,二者之间的黏结较紧密。
Abstract: The effects of the substitution rate(0, 30%, 60%) of manufactured sand and the substitution rate(0, 20%, 40%, 60%) of coal gangue ceramsite on the slump, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and microstructure of concrete were investigated. The results show that, the slump of concrete with manufactured sand and coal gangue ceramsite is smaller than that of concrete with natural aggregates, and the slump of concrete decreases with the increase of substitution rate of manufactured sand or coal gangue ceramsite. The 28 d compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete are relatively high when the substitution rate of coal gangue ceramsite and manufactured sand are 40% and 30%, respectively. The interfacial transition zone between coal gangue ceramsite and paste contains hydration products such as Ca(OH)2, C-S-H gel, AFt, etc., and the adhesion between the two is relatively tight.
