基于响应面法的氯氧镁水泥固化淤泥性能研究

摘 要:研究了MgO与MgCl2的摩尔比(6、8、10、12、14)、硅酸钠掺量(2%、4%、6%、8%、10%)、磷酸钠掺量(0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%)对氯氧镁水泥(MOC)固化淤泥试件无侧限抗压强度的影响,并通过响应面法确定了摩尔比、硅酸钠掺量和磷酸钠掺量的较优取值范围。结果表明:随着摩尔比、硅酸钠掺量或磷酸钠掺量的增加,MOC固化淤泥试件的7 d无侧限抗压强度基本先增后降;硅酸钠与磷酸钠复掺对MOC固化淤泥试件7 d无侧限抗压强度的提高效果优于二者单掺;摩尔比与硅酸钠掺量、磷酸钠掺量与硅酸钠掺量间的交互作用显著;响应面法回归模型的相关系数R2为0.972 1,模型精度较高;摩尔比、硅酸钠掺量、磷酸钠掺量的较优取值范围分别为9.34~9.75、4.39%~5.25%、0.38%~0.53%。
Abstract: The effects of the molar ratios (6, 8, 10, 12, 14) of MgO to MgCl2, the content(2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%) of sodium silicate, and the content(0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%,1.0%) of sodium phosphate on the unconfined compressive strength of magnesium oxychloride cement(MOC) cured silt specimens were investigated, and the optimal range of molar ratio, sodium silicate content and sodium phosphate content were determined through the response surface methodology. The results show that the 7 d unconfined compressive strength of MOC cured silt specimens basically increases and then decreases with the increase of molar ratio, the content of sodium silicate or sodium phosphate. The improvement of 7 d unconfined compressive strength of MOC cured silt specimens with sodium silicate and sodium phosphate is better than that with sodium silicate or sodium phosphate alone. The interactions between the molar ratio and the content of sodium silicate, the content of sodium phosphate and sodium silicate are significant. The correlation coefficient R2 of the regression model based on response surface methodology is 0.972 1, the model is of high accuracy. The optimum range of molar ratio, sodium silicate content, and sodium phosphate content are 9.34~9.75, 4.39%~5.25%, and 0.38%~0.53%, respectively.
