摘 要:通过正交试验研究了水胶比(0.30、0.35、0.40)、铁尾矿砂取代率(20%、40%、60%)、粉煤灰掺量(10%、20%、30%)对水泥基材料流动度、28 d抗折强度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:掺铁尾矿砂水泥基材料的最佳配合比为水胶比0.35、铁尾矿砂取代率40%、粉煤灰掺量10%,此时,掺铁尾矿砂水泥基材料的流动度为174.7 mm,28 d抗折强度和抗压强度分别为9.3 MPa和53.5 MPa。
Abstract: The effects of water-binder ratio(0.30, 0.35, 0.40), substitution rate(20%, 40%, 60%) of iron tailings sand, and content(10%, 20%, 30%) of fly ash on the fluidity, 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength of cement-based materials were investigated using orthogonal experimental design. The results show that, the optimal mix proportion of cement-based materials with iron tailings sand is as follows: water-binder ratio of 0.35, substitution rate of iron tailings sand of 40%, and content of fly ash of 10%. And the fluidity of the cement-based materials with iron tailings sand is 174.7 mm, the 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength of 9.3 MPa and 53.5 MPa, respectively.
