摘 要:为提高村镇住宅的建筑节能水平与产业化水平,研究制备了一种适用于农村低层建筑的水泥基装配式轻钢复合保温外墙板,并通过试验和数值模拟手段对该墙板的热工性能进行了研究。结果表明,装配式轻钢复合保温外墙板具有良好的建筑节能保温效果,满足夏热冬冷地区居住建筑50%节能设计要求,可以对新农村的建设起到示范作用,具备一定的推广应用价值。
Abstract: In order to improve the energy level of village buildings, a assembled light steel composite thermal insulation exterior wall panel that is suitable for rural low-rise buildings was developed. The thermal performance of the wall panel was studied by test and simulation method. The results show that the wall panel has a good building energy saving effect, which can meet 50% energy saving requirement of residential buildings in hot-summer and cold-winter zone, the wall panel plays a very good demonstration role in new rural construction, owning value of promotion and application.
