摘 要:以某公司排放的提铝粉煤灰残渣为研究对象,利用激光粒度分析仪、SEM、XRF、XRD等分析测试技术,研究了提铝残渣的粒度分布、颗粒形貌、化学成分、矿物组成等相关性质。以提铝粉煤灰残渣为主要原料,采用压制成型的方法制备了轻质保温板,各组分之间最佳配比为:提铝残渣40%,脱硫石膏15%,砂15%,水30%。
Abstract:The fly ash residue after extracting aluminum were studied. The size distribution, morphology, chemical composition, mineral composition are investigated by means of laser particle size analyzer, SEM、XRF、XRD. The lightweight insulation board can be produced by using pressure molding method. And the best ratio of components were 40% fly ash residue, 15% desulfurization gypsum, 15% sand and 30% water.
