摘 要:分别用银/氯化银、钛铱合金、石墨做固体参比电极,用光圆钢筋、螺纹钢筋做工作电极,用不锈钢做辅助电极,设计制作了两种形式的埋置式钢筋腐蚀状态检测探头A和B,在掺盐和未掺盐试件中进行了试验检测。结果表明,以钛铱和石墨为参比电极、以螺纹钢筋为工作电极的检测探头B对活化状态(掺盐)的钢筋具有较好的检测效果。
Abstract: Silver/silver chloride, titanium-niobium alloy and graphite were used as solid reference electrodes respectively. Light-reinforcing steel bars and threaded steel bars were used as working electrodes, and stainless steel was used as auxiliary electrode. Two types of embedded steel bars were detected and corroded. Sensors A and B were tested in salt-doped and unsalted test pieces. The results show that the detection sensor B with titanium ruthenium and graphite as the reference electrode and the rebar as the working electrode has a good detection effect on the steel bar in the activated state (salted).
