摘 要:研究了水灰比对磷渣粉煤灰泡沫混凝土流动性、干密度、强度、干缩性能和吸水率的影响。结果表明,磷渣粉煤灰泡沫混凝土随着水灰比从0.35增加到0.55,泡沫混凝土的流动度增大,干密度先减小再增大,7d和28d的抗折、抗压强度先升高后降低,吸水率先降低后增大,收缩值先减小后增加。当水灰比为0.40时,泡沫混凝土的流动度、干密度、7d和28d的抗压强度、抗折强度、吸水率和收缩值等性能均达到最佳值。
Abstract:The effect of water cement ratio on the fluidity, dry density, strength, dry shrinkage and water absorption of foam concrete was studi. The results showed that with water cement ratio increasing from 0.35 to 0.55, the fluidity of the phosphorus slag and fly ash foamed concrete increases, the dry density decreases first and then increases, 7d and 28d flexural and compressive strength increases first and then decreases, water absorption decreases first and then increases, shrinkage value decreases first and then increases. When the water cement ratio is 0.40, the flow rate, dry density, 7d and 28d compressive strength, water absorption and shrinkage value are all reaching the best value.
