摘 要:随着湿拌砂浆的应用与推广,对湿拌砂浆专用外加剂的研究越来越多。本文研究了砂浆外加剂KZJ-M100不同掺量对掺石粉湿拌砂浆的和易性、保水性、拉伸黏结强度、抗压强度和收缩率的影响,试验结果表明,当KZJ-M100的用量为胶凝材料质量的0.03%~0.04%时,掺石粉湿拌砂浆的综合性能可达到最佳的状态。同时分析了KZJ-M100对掺不同细度模数砂子的湿拌砂浆性能的影响,结果表明,使用细度模数为2.2~2.6的砂子的应用效果较好。
Abstract:With the application and popularization of wet-mixed mortar,more and more researches are focusing on building mortar admixture. The influence of the amount of mortar admixture KZJ-M100 on workability, water-retaining property, tensile adhesive strength, compressive strength and shrinking percentage of wet-mixed mortar containing ground limestone were studied. The results showed that, when the content of KZJ-M100 weights 0.03%~0.04% of the cementitious material, the comprehensive performance of wet-mixed mortar reaches the optimal status. Meanwhile, the effect of sand fineness modulus on wet-mixed mortar admixture KZJ-M100 were also analyzed,the experimental result indicated that the sand fineness modulus from 2.2~2.6 has the good application value.
