摘   要:研究了铁尾矿砂、浮石、粉煤灰陶粒对轻骨料混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量和干表观密度的影响,并利用Design-Expert软件对配合比进行了优化。结果表明:随着粉煤灰陶粒相对掺量的增加,轻骨料混凝土的力学性能提高,干表观密度增大;随着浮石相对掺量的增加,轻骨料混凝土的力学性能降低,干表观密度减小;随着砂率的增大,轻骨料混凝土的干表观密度增大,且当砂率为40%时,轻骨料混凝土的力学性能达到最佳;Design-Expert软件优化结果表明,当粉煤灰陶粒与浮石的质量比为3.13、砂率为36%时,可制备出力学性能较优且干表观密度较低的轻骨料混凝土。 Abstract: The effects of iron tailing sand, pumice and fly ash ceramsite on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus and dry apparent density of lightweight aggregate concrete were studied, and the mix proportion was optimized by using Design-Expert software. The results show that the mechanical properties and dry apparent density of lightweight aggregate concrete increase with the increase of the relative content of fly ash ceramsite. With the increase of pumice relative content, the mechanical properties and dry apparent density of lightweight aggregate concrete decrease. With the increase of sand ratio, the dry apparent density of lightweight aggregate concrete increases, and the mechanical properties of lightweight aggregate concrete reach the best when the sand ratio is 40%. The optimization results of Design-Expert software show that when the mass ratio of fly ash ceramsite to pumice is 3.13 and the sand ratio is 36%, the lightweight aggregate concrete with excellent mechanical properties and low dry apparent density can be prepared.

摘   要:研究了水稻秸秆体积掺量对硫氧镁泡沫轻质保温材料性能的影响,测试了掺水稻秸秆硫氧镁泡沫轻质保温材料的干缩量、吸水率、导热系数、抗压强度、抗折强度,并进行了微观孔结构试验。结果表明:随着水稻秸秆体积掺量的增加,硫氧镁泡沫轻质保温材料的干缩量、吸水率、导热系数和抗压强度均逐渐降低,抗折强度在一定范围内有所增加;水稻秸秆的理想体积掺量为15%~45%。 Abstract: The effect of rice straw volume content on the performance of magnesium oxysulfide foam lightweight insulation materials was studied. The dry shrinkage, water absorption, thermal conductivity, compressive strength and flexural strength of the magnesium oxysulfide foam lightweight insulation materials mixed with rice straw were tested, and the microscopic pore structure test was carried out. The results show that with the increase of rice straw volume content, the dry shrinkage, water absorption, thermal conductivity and compressive strength of the magnesium oxysulfide foam lightweight insulation materials gradually decrease, but the flexural strength increases within a certain range. The reasonable volume content of rice straw is 15%~45%.
