摘 要:为了满足径向挤压制管工艺对钢筋骨架的特殊质量要求,分别从提高滚焊机生产效率、钢筋骨架焊接质量、骨架尾端垂直度控制、纵向筋扭曲控制、保护层厚度控制、承口斜坡段角度控制出发,研究了提高钢筋骨架质量的措施,以期提高径向挤压制管工艺制管质量。
Abstract: In order to meet the special quality of radial extrusion pipe process on reinforcement skeleton, the production efficiency, welding quality of rolling machine, welding quality, steel skeleton skeleton end longitudinal rib distortion verticality, concrete protection layer thickness, socket crossing angle control were studied to improve steel skeleton quality measures to improve the pipe quality of radial extrusion process.
