摘 要:为扩大钢渣微粉在自密实混凝土(SCC)中的应用,采用标准试验方法研究了钢渣微粉及复合掺合料对硅酸盐水泥凝结时间、SCC拌和物填充性及凝结时间的影响。结果表明,钢渣微粉对水泥净浆的凝结具有明显的延缓作用,钢渣微粉掺量越大,水泥的凝结时间就越长;与钢渣微粉相比,复合掺合料的缓凝作用明显减小。采用钢渣微粉掺量为10%~50%,并按SF1级坍落扩展度要求配制的SCC拌和物具有良好的填充性;掺比例为1∶1的钢渣微粉-粉煤灰复合掺合料时,SCC拌和物的填充性明显提高。掺加钢渣微粉使SCC拌和物的凝结时间明显延长;与单掺钢渣微粉相比,掺比例为1∶1的钢渣微粉-矿渣微粉复合掺合料对SCC拌和物凝结时间的影响显著减小。 Abstract: In order to expand the application of steel slag powder in self-compacting concrete(SCC), the effects of steel slag powder and compound admixtures on setting time of portland cement paste, filling ability and setting time of SCC mixture were studied by standard test methods. The results show that steel slag powder has obvious retarding effect on the setting of cement paste. The larger the content of steel slag powder mixing in cement, the longer the setting time of cement paste. Compared with the steel slag powder, the retarding effect of compound admixtures is obviously reduced. The SCC mixtures with 10%~50% steel slag powder according to slump-flow requirements of SF1 grade have good filling ability. When the steel slag powder-fly ash compound admixture is mixed with a ratio of 1∶1, the filling ability of SCC mixture can be obviously improved. The setting time of SCC mixture is obviously prolonged by mixing with steel slag powder. Compared with the single steel slag powder, the effect of the steel slag powder-slag powder compound admixture with a ratio of 1∶1 on the setting time of SCC mixture is significantly reduced.

Abstract: In order to expand the application of steel slag powder in self-compacting concrete(SCC), the effects of steel slag powder and compound admixtures on setting time of portland cement paste, filling ability and setting time of SCC mixture  were studied by standard test methods. The results show that steel slag powder has obvious retarding effect on the setting of cement paste. The larger the content of steel slag powder mixing in cement, the longer the setting time of cement paste. Compared with the steel slag powder, the retarding effect of compound admixtures is obviously reduced. The SCC mixtures with 10%~50% steel slag powder according to slump-flow requirements of SF1 grade have good filling ability. (1)掺钢渣微粉水泥净浆的标准稠度用水量与基准水泥相比变化很小。掺钢渣微粉-粉煤灰复合掺合料,对减小水泥标准稠度用水量有一定作用,且钢渣微粉与粉煤灰的比例为1∶1比较合适。
(2)钢渣微粉对水泥净浆的凝结具有明显延缓作用,掺入钢渣微粉使水泥净浆的凝结时间比基准水泥明显延长,且钢渣微粉掺量越大,凝结时间延长的数值越大。钢渣微粉对水泥浆体的缓凝作用显著大于粉煤灰、硅灰和矿渣微粉,主要原因是钢渣微粉中含有较多P2O5,对水泥水化会产生较大影响。
(3)将钢渣微粉与粉煤灰、硅灰或矿渣微粉按适当比例复合配制成复合掺合料,可减小钢渣微粉对水泥浆体的缓凝作用。在掺量相同的情况下,钢渣微粉与矿渣微粉或硅灰进行复合对改善钢渣微粉缓凝作用的效果较明显。
(4)掺10%~50%钢渣微粉,并按SF1级坍落扩展度要求配制的SCC拌和物具有良好的填充性;在相同水胶比和胶凝材料用量的情况下,掺钢渣微粉各试验组的坍落扩展度值均略大于基准试验组。
(5)掺30%二元复合掺合料的各试验组坍落扩展度值均满足SF1级自密实混凝土填充性要求;但复合掺合料中掺合料的品种和比例对坍落扩展度值有明显影响,掺30%、比例为1∶1的钢渣微粉-粉煤灰复合掺合料能使自密实混凝土坍落扩展度明显增大。
(6)掺钢渣微粉自密实混凝土的凝结时间均明显大于基准自密实混凝土,且钢渣微粉掺量越大,自密实混凝土的凝结时间越长。因此,钢渣微粉适宜用于缓凝型自密实混凝土。在掺合料总掺量相同的情况下,复合掺合料对自密实混凝土拌和物凝结时间的影响明显小于钢渣微粉,其中,比例为1∶1的钢渣微粉-矿渣微粉复合掺合料的影响最小。
