摘   要:以碱渣、MgO、MgSO4·7H2O等为主要原材料,制备了轻质碱渣-氯氧镁水泥基材料,研究了养护温度、发泡剂掺量、稳泡剂掺量对轻质碱渣-氯氧镁水泥基材料性能的影响,并对其孔结构进行了分析。结果表明:当养护温度为60 ℃、发泡剂掺量为5%、稳泡剂掺量为6%时,轻质碱渣-氯氧镁水泥基材料的各项性能最优,干密度为597 kg/m3、抗压强度为2.7 MPa、导热系数为0.21 W/(m·K)、吸水率为15.1%、软化系数为0.83、28 d收缩率为0.17%。 Abstract: Light alkali residue-magnesium oxychloride cement-based materials were prepared with alkali residue, magnesium oxide and magnesium sulfate heptahydrate as the main raw materials. The effects of curing temperature, foaming agent content and foam stabilizer content on the properties of light alkali residue-magnesium oxychloride cement-based materials were studied, and the pore structure was analyzed. The results show that when the curing temperature is 60 ℃, the content of foaming agent is 5% and the content of foam stabilizer is 6%, the properties of light alkali residue-magnesium oxychloride cement-based materials are the best, with dry density of 597 kg/m3, compressive strength of 2.7 MPa, thermal conductivity of 0.21 W/(m·K), water absorption of 15.1%, softening coefficient of 0.83 and 28 d shrinkage rate of 0.17%.

摘   要:为了解决西部盐渍土环境下再生混凝土中钢筋的寿命预测问题,采用电化学测试仪对浸泡在氯盐溶液中的再生骨料钢筋混凝土进行了电化学试验,得到了表征钢筋腐蚀的腐蚀电流密度及自腐蚀电位两个指标。利用最小二乘法对Weibull参数做了进一步估计,在Weibull分布函数的基础上对钢筋腐蚀后的寿命进行了建模。结果表明:再生混凝土中的钢筋加速腐蚀至30个月时,其腐蚀电流密度最高为0.058 4 μA/cm2,处于未腐蚀状态;将钢筋低腐蚀与中等腐蚀的界限值(0.5 μA/cm2)作为钢筋达到高腐蚀状态时的阈值,确定出再生混凝土中钢筋在第750个月时的可靠度函数开始趋近于零,处于中等腐蚀状态,从而直观反映了钢筋在实际环境中的有效使用寿命,可为再生混凝土中钢筋的维护与检测提供参考。 Abstract: In order to solve the problem of steel bar life prediction in recycled concrete in the western saline soil environment, the electrochemical test of recycled aggregate reinforced concrete soaked in chloride solution was carried out by using an electrochemical tester, and the corrosion current density and self-corrosion potential of steel bar were obtained. The least-squares method was used to further estimate the Weibull parameters, and the life of the steel bars after corrosion was modeled based on the Weibull distribution function. The results show that when the steel bar in recycled concrete is accelerated to 30 months, the maximum corrosion current density is 0.058 4 μA/cm2, and  the steel bars are in non corrosive state. Taking the limit value of low corrosion and moderate corrosion of steel bars(0.5 μA/cm2) as the threshold value when steel bars reach high corrosion state, it is determined that the reliability function of steel bar in recycled concrete begins to approach zero at 750 months and is in the medium corrosive state, which directly reflects the effective service life of the steel bars in the actual environment. It can provide a reference for the maintenance and detection of steel bars in recycled concrete.

摘   要:利用铁尾矿机制砂石完全替代天然砂石,制备了全铁尾矿骨料混凝土,研究了全铁尾矿骨料混凝土和天然骨料混凝土的工作性、力学性能和耐久性能差异。结果表明:在工作性方面,需通过调配外加剂的方法来保证全铁尾矿骨料混凝土良好的工作性;在力学性能方面,全铁尾矿骨料混凝土的抗压、抗折和劈裂抗拉强度与天然骨料混凝土相比差别不大;在耐久性能方面,全铁尾矿骨料混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能、抗碳化性能、抗冻性能及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能均与天然骨料混凝土接近。 Abstract: Using iron tailings machine-made sand and stone to completely replace natural sand and stone, all-iron tailings aggregate concrete was prepared, and the difference between all-iron tailings aggregate concrete and natural aggregate concrete in workability, mechanical properties and durability was studied. The results show that in terms of workability, it is recommended to ensure the good workability of all-iron tailings aggregate concrete by mixing admixtures. In terms of mechanical properties, the compressive, flexural and splitting tensile strength of all-iron tailings aggregate concrete are little different from those of natural aggregate concrete. In terms of durability, the chloride ion penetration resistance, carbonation resistance, frost resistance and sulfate resistance of all-iron tailings aggregate concrete are close to those of natural aggregate concrete.

摘   要:利用生石灰对磷石膏进行改性,得到改性磷石膏,将改性磷石膏、矿渣粉、水泥按一定比例混合均匀,通过粉磨制得改性磷石膏矿渣水泥,分析研究了改性磷石膏矿渣水泥的性能及改性磷石膏矿渣水泥在混凝土和路基材料中应用的可行性。结果表明:与未改性磷石膏相比,利用改性磷石膏制得的水泥早期强度有所提高;以改性磷石膏矿渣水泥为胶凝材料的混凝土和路基材料的早期强度增长较慢,但中后期强度可实现稳定增长;将改性磷石膏应用于混凝土和路基材料中时,其中的磷、氟等杂质可得到有效固化,对生态环境的影响较小。研制的改性磷石膏相关产品具有良好的结构功能性与安全环保性,已成功应用于道路工程。 Abstract: The phosphogypsum was modified with quicklime to obtain modified phosphogypsum. The modified phosphogypsum, slag powder and cement were mixed uniformly in a certain proportion, and then ground to obtain modified phosphogypsum slag cement. The properties of modified phosphogypsum slag cement and the feasibility of modified phosphogypsum slag cement in concrete and roadbed materials were analyzed. The results show that compared with unmodified phosphogypsum, the early strength of cement prepared with modified phosphogypsum is improved. The early strength growth of concrete and roadbed materials using modified phosphogypsum slag cement as cementitious material is slow, but the strength can achieve stable growth in the middle and late stages. When the modified phosphogypsum is applied to concrete and roadbed materials, impurities such as phosphorus and fluorine can be effectively cured, and the impact on the ecological environment is small. The developed modified phosphogypsum related products have good structural functionality and safety and environmental protection, and have been successfully applied to road engineering.
