摘 要:为了研究废玻璃掺合料对混凝土各项力学性能的影响,对不同玻璃粉粒径(150~830 μm、75~150 μm、25~75 μm)和不同体积掺量(5%、10%、15%、20%)的废玻璃掺合料混凝土进行了抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和静弹性模量性能测试,分析了废玻璃粉粒径和体积掺量对混凝土力学性能的影响,同时研究了废玻璃粉掺合料混凝土的拉压比和弹强比。结果表明:废玻璃粉掺合料对混凝土力学性能影响较大,当玻璃粉掺量≥10%时,混凝土的抗压强度均有不同程度的提高,玻璃粉粒径越细,混凝土的抗压强度越高。随着废玻璃粉掺量增加,混凝土劈裂抗拉强度持续降低,拉压比减小。混凝土弹性模量随着玻璃粉的掺入均出现不同程度的增大,且玻璃粉粒径越小,弹性模量越大,弹强比随玻璃粉掺量先增大后减小。
Abstract: In order to study the influence of waste glass admixture on the mechanical properties of concrete, the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and static elastic modulus of waste glass admixture concrete with different glass powder size (150~830 μm、75~150 μm、150~830 μm) and different volume content (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) were tested. The influence of particle size and volume content of waste glass powder on the mechanical properties of concrete was analyzed, and the tension-compression ratio and elastic strength ratio of concrete were also studied. The results show that the waste glass admixture has great influence on the mechanical properties of concrete, when the content of glass powder is more than 10%, the compressive strength of concrete increases. And the finer the size of glass powder, the higher the compressive strength of concrete. With the increase of waste glass powder content, the splitting tensile strength and the tension-compression ratio of concrete decrease continuously. The elastic modulus of concrete increases in varying degrees with the addition of glass powder, and the smaller the particle size of glass powder, the larger the elastic modulus of the concrete. The elastic strength ratio first increases and then decreases with the addition of glass powder.
