摘 要:通过调整胶凝材料用量、掺入复合矿物掺合料、高效减水剂、膨胀剂、保水剂等试验,优化配合比,研发出适应于高温环境具有超长流淌距离的自密实混凝土,成功应用于西安绕城高速加固项目,不仅满足浇注的技术要求,还大大加快了施工进度,确保了工程质量,具有较好的社会和经济效益。
Abstract: By adjusting the dosage of gelled material, mixed with composite mineral admixtures, high efficiency water reducing agent, expansive agent, water retention agent test, optimizing the mixture ratio, the self-compacting concrete adapted to the environment of high temperature and with long distance flowing is prepared. And it is successfully applied for the Xian city high-speed reinforcement project, which can not only satisfy the requirements of the casting, but also greatly speed up the construction progress, ensure the engineering quality, and have good social and economic benefits.
