摘 要:利用超细粉磨设备将粉煤灰原灰进行超细磨后,进行了混凝土轴心抗压强度试验、混凝土半绝热温升试验和净浆干燥收缩试验研究。试验结果表明,与普通粉煤灰不同,超细粉煤灰对于混凝土早龄期7d抗压强度也有所提高,随着超细粉煤灰掺量的提高,混凝土28d和60d抗压强度提高更多;掺超细粉煤灰对降低混凝土温升的效果不明显,其降低水化热效果不如普通粉煤灰;随着超细粉煤灰掺量提高,水泥净浆试件的干燥收缩有减小的趋势,对体积稳定性是有利的。
Abstract: After fly ash was superfine grinded with superfine grinding equipment, the compressive strength test of concrete with ultra-fine fly ash, drying shrinkage test and semi adiabatic temperature test were done, test results show that strength of concrete with ultra-fine fly ash at early age of 7d also increased, which was different from ordinary fly ash, with the increasing of ultra-fine fly ash content, concrete strength at age of 28d and 60d were improved a lot. The effect to reduce the temperature is not obvious for concrete with the superfine fly ash, which is not so good as ordinary fly ash. With the increase of ultra-fine fly ash, drying shrinkage of cement paste tend to have a decreasing trend, which is advantageous on the volume stability.
