摘 要:通过原材料的优选和配合比的优化,配制出C80高石粉含量机制砂高性能混凝土,并对其长期性能和耐久性能进行试验研究。结果表明:与同配合比的河砂混凝土相比,C80机制砂混凝土在工作性、强度、干缩、早期抗裂性、抗氯离子渗透及抗碳化方面性能较好,可完全替代河砂混凝土。
Abstract:By optimization of raw materials and mixture ratio,C80 high-stone-powder MS-HPC is prepared, and long-term performance and durability are studied. The results show that C80 MS-HPC has better performance compared with C80 river sand concrete in workability, strength, shrinkage, early cracking, resistance to chloride ion permeability, and it can completely replace river sand concrete.
