研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维的长度(3 mm、6 mm、12 mm)和体积掺量(0、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%)对轻骨料混凝土抗压和劈裂抗拉性能的影响,并对PVA纤维轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度尺寸效应进行了研究。结果表明:随着PVA纤维长度和体积掺量的增加,轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度基本均呈降低趋势,当PVA纤维长度为3 mm、体积掺量为0.1%时,轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度达到最大;PVA纤维轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度尺寸效应较为显著,建立的PVA纤维轻骨料混凝土抗压强度尺寸效应公式与试验结果吻合良好。
The effects of length(3 mm, 6 mm, 12 mm) and volume content(0, 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%) of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) fibers on the compressive and splitting tensile properties of lightweight aggregate concrete were studied, and the size effect of compressive strength of PVA fiber lightweight aggregate concrete was studied. The results show that with the increase of PVA fiber length and volume content, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of lightweight aggregate concrete basically show a decreasing trend. When the PVA fiber length is 3 mm and the volume content is 0.1%, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of lightweight aggregate concrete reach the maximum. The size effect of compressive strength of PVA fiber lightweight aggregate concrete is significant. The established formula of size effect of compressive strength of PVA fiber lightweight aggregate concrete is in good agreement with the experimental results.
