摘 要:采用CECS 220:2007《混凝土结构耐久性评定标准》中的相关公式,尝试在氯盐腐蚀环境下,对采用压蒸工艺和免压蒸工艺的PHC管桩中钢筋的锈蚀年限进行预估。计算结果表明,在设定氯离子浓度下,采用压蒸工艺的PHC管桩产品,其保护层厚度为40mm时,管桩中钢筋开始锈蚀的时间为43年,若保护层厚度为45mm时,管桩中钢筋开始锈蚀的时间为54年。采用免压蒸工艺生产的PHC管桩产品其保护层厚度为40mm时,管桩中钢筋开始锈蚀的时间为130.6年,若保护层厚度为45mm时,管桩中钢筋开始锈蚀的时间为165年。增加保护层厚度或提高管桩混凝土的抗渗能力可提高PHC管桩的抗氯盐腐蚀能力。
Abstract: Based on the correlation formula of CECS 220∶2007 Standard for durability assessment of concrete structures, the life of reinforcement corrosion of PHC piles using the autoclave process and non-autoclave pressure process is estimated under the chlorine salt corrosion environment.The calculation results show that under the setting of chlorine ion concentration, using autoclave process, the protection of reinforcement corrosion of PHC piles is 43years when the thickness of protective layer is 40mm and the protection of reinforcement corrosion of PHC piles is 54years when the thickness of protective layer is 45mm; using non-autoclave process, the protection of reinforcement corrosion of PHC piles is 130.6years when the thickness of protective layer is 40mm and the protection of reinforcement corrosion of PHC piles is 165years when the thickness of protective layer is 45mm. Increasing concrete protective layer thickness or improving the impermeability of pile concrete can improve the ability of chlorine salt corrosion resistance of PHC piles.
