The newly formulated national standard of GB/T 40399—2021 General Technical Conditions for Precast Concrete Part of Prefabricated Construction has been officially implemented in March 1st, 2022. In order to facilitate understanding the specific meaning of the standard terms and correctly implement the specific requirements and provisions of the standard terms by the users, the purpose and significance of the standard are introduced, and the main provisions of the standard and the revision reasons are expained.
