摘   要：研究了干混砂浆散装移动筒仓对散装干混砂浆质量的影响。使用自行设计的移动筒仓在线取样器取样，利用移动筒仓进、出料均匀度的差值来评价移动筒仓的防离析效果。试验结果表明，移动筒仓进、出料均匀度的差值应≤5。连续混浆机的构造对新拌湿砂浆的质量影响较大；将连续混浆机的出料进行二次标准搅拌，利用二次搅拌前、后新拌湿砂浆的稠度差可以评价连续混浆机的混浆效果；普通干混砌筑砂浆、普通干混抹灰砂浆采用连续混浆机二次混浆前、后的稠度差应≤12。

Abstract: The relationship between the mobile silo structure and the quality of the bulk dry-mixed mortar is studied, and the quality of the bulk dry-mixed mortar is more influenced by the structure of the mobile silo. It can be evaluated the anti-segregating result of mobile silo using the uniformity difference between the charge and discharge of dry-mixed mortar by using  on-line sampling equipment. The results show that the uniformity difference should be less 5. The quality of the fresh mortar is more influenced by the structure of the continuous mixer; it can be evaluated the mixing result of the continuous mixer using the consistence difference between the before and the after of standard re-mixing, and the consistence difference of plastering and masonry mortar should be less 12.
