摘 要:基于荷载-结构法隧道计算理论,建立了公路隧道衬砌厚度不足病害的力学模型,分析了粘贴钢板加固计算理论理论,研制了公路隧道衬砌病害及加固分析软件,可以量化评价衬砌厚度不足及粘贴钢板加固后对结构承载力的影响。以某公路隧道为依托,利用公路隧道病害加固软件,分析了二衬配筋不足、厚度不足等衬砌缺陷对其结构安全影响,提出采用粘贴钢板加固,并分析了治理后结构安全性,验证了加固措施的合理性。
Abstract: Based on the calculation theory of load structure method on tunnel, the mechanical simulation model of the highway tunnel lining disease of lining thickness was established, and the reinforcing with bonding steel plates was analyzed. The highway tunnel lining damage and reinforcement mechanics simulation software was developed to evaluate the bearing capacity of lining diseases and bonding steel plate. Combined with the tunnel of the highway, the software was used to analyze the influence that second lining defects, such as inadequate arrangement of reinforcement and insufficient thickness on the structural safety and put forward the method to strengthen the structure with bonded steel plates. The safety of the structure after treatment by establishing the calculation model of bonded steel plate was analyzed to verify the rationality of reinforcement measures.
