摘 要:对一种粉砂土水泥土进行配合比设计,该水泥土仅以当地滩涂粉砂土作为骨料,不使用砂石等粗骨料。采用三因素三水平的正交试验法对其配合比进行试验,通过极差和方差分析,得到土胶比、水胶比、水泥量对水泥土坍落度和28d抗压强度的影响程度;进行了回归分析,建立了线性回归方程;结合相应曲线,得到相应情况下的最优配合比。
Abstract: A kind of silty sand concrete mixure ratio is designed. This concrete selects the silty sand on local beaches as fine aggregate of concrete. Three factors of soil cement ratio, water cement ratio and cement dosage are considered in an orthogonal test with three levels adopted in three factors. On the basis of range and variance analysis of the test results, the influence of different experimental factors on the 28d compression strength and the slump is studied. A series of regression relationships of 28d compression strength and the slump with regression software are derived. According to the corresponding curves, the optimal mixure ratio is obtained.
