摘 要:采用不同水性环氧树脂制备了三种水泥基环氧砂浆材料,借助试件制备手段,分析测试了水性环氧树脂砂浆体系的力学性能、收缩性能和抗冻性能,探讨了水性环氧树脂含量对复配体系力学性能的影响,当湛新和亨斯迈水性环氧树脂含量达到2%时,砂浆体系力学性能最优,其中亨斯迈水性环氧树脂体系的抗压强度可达到75MPa以上。
Abstract: Three cement-based waterborne epoxy mortar materials were prepared by different waterborne epoxy. The mechanical properties, self-shrinkage properties and frost resistance of mortar system were studied through test piece manufacture. And the influence of epoxy content on mechanical properties of compound system was discussed. The mechanical properties of compound system were better when using Allnex and Huntsman waterborne epoxy. Especially, compound system from Huntsman has the highest compressive strength, up to 75MPa.
