摘 要:研究了水灰比、玄武岩纤维掺量、纤维长度及养护制度等对活性粉末混凝土(RPC)早期强度和干缩性能的影响。研究结果表明,90℃蒸汽养护2d时,RPC强度随着水灰比的增加逐渐降低,自然养护至28d时,RPC强度出现倒缩现象,当水灰比为0.17时,RPC28d强度为132.3MPa,干缩率为5.1×10-3。当纤维掺量为1.0%,长度为6mm时,RPC28d抗压强度为135.7MPa,干缩率为1.3×10-3;90℃蒸养2d的RPC试件,28d强度最高,干缩最小。
Abstract: The influences of water-cement ratio, basalt fiber dosage, fiber length and curing system on the early compressive strength and shrinkage performance of RPC are studied. The results show that, after 90℃ curing 24h, the strength of RPC is decreased with the increase of the water-cement ratio. When the nature curing is to 28d, the mortar strength is decreased and when the water-cement ratio is 0.17, the shrinkage rate is 5.1×10-3. When the fiber dosage is 1.0%, length is 6mm, the 28d compressive strength of RPC is 131.9MPa, the shrinkage rate is 1.3×10-3. When 90℃ curing 2d, the RPC has a higher strength and lower dry shrinkage.
