摘 要:通过大批量的试配以及在生产过程中对混凝土配合比的实时调整,实现了南京世界贸易中心C60自密实钢管柱顶升混凝土工程的顺利施工。在生产过程中不断调整胶凝材料用量、碎石级配及圆整度;同时检测混凝土在出机、入泵及出泵时的工作性能以及振捣方式对混凝土试块强度的影响。工程实践表明,出泵时混凝土工作性能满足施工要求,振捣方式对自密实混凝土的强度影响较小。
Abstract: World Trade Centre Nanjing was constructed by self-compacting concrete through lift-up technology of C60 steel tubes, which performed as planned through a number of tests and real-time adjusting of concrete mixture ratio on site. During the construction, binding material consumption, gravel gradation and roundness were adjusted to guarantee progress; when the concrete was out of the mixer, pumping-in and pumping-out, the working performance were supervised at every step. The results show that the working performance of concrete meets the construction demands when pumped out. The vibrating method has little influence on the strength of self-compacting concrete.
