摘   要：建筑砂石是消耗自然资源最多的建材产品。随着京津冀一体化和疏解北京市非首都功能进程的推进，北京地区建筑砂石需求与供给之间的矛盾异常突出。从北京市建筑砂石市场所面临的现状出发，北京市住建委联合北京建筑材料科学研究总院对北京及周边河北省各区县建筑砂石资源及供给情况进行了调研分析。调研结果发现，建立京津冀建筑砂石供应调控联动机制和建设建筑砂石绿色骨料产业基地的必要性。同时，在此次调研的基础上，提出了对北京地区砂石行业供给侧和需求侧改革的对策和建议。

Abstract: Aggregates are the major building materials consuming massive natural resources in construction industry. As the strategic plan of integrating Jing-Jin-Ji regional development and redefining Beijing capital city functions has been carrying on, the contradiction between demand and supply of aggregates in construction industry has appeared prominently in Beijing region. With the current situation facing construction market in Beijing region, along with Beijing Building Materials Academy, Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-rural Development carried out the state-of-art investigation on the aggregate resources and industrial operation status in Beijing region as well as the region closely surrounding Beijing area. The investigation results indicate the necessity of establishing a united Jing-Jin-Ji regional mechanism for aggregate products supply adjustment and developing green aggregate industry bases. In addition, based on the investigation, the suggestions and comments on supply-side as well as demand-side reform of aggregate industry in Beijing region are presented.
