摘   要:提出了一种适用于预制装配式混凝土梁的UHPC-钢筋错位连接节点形式,试制了1根现浇混凝土梁和2根预制混凝土梁试件,通过抗弯性能对比试验,研究了钢筋错位搭接长度(10d、15d)对试件抗弯性能的影响,并采用ABAQUS有限元软件对试件进行了抗弯性能分析。结果表明:UHPC-错位钢筋节点未出现开裂,破坏过程与现浇混凝土梁相似,均为适筋破坏,错位钢筋未发生屈服和黏结滑移; 当搭接长度为10d时,预制混凝土梁的极限承载力和延性基本等同现浇结构;增大搭接长度(15d)对开裂弯矩影响不明显,极限弯矩提高较明显;根据相关规范,建议实际工程中错位钢筋搭接长度取10d;ABAQUS有限元数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合程度较高。 Abstract: A joint connection form for fabricated concrete beams between UHPC-staggered rebars was proposed, a cast-in-situ concrete beam and two fabricated concrete beams(overlapping length of 10d and 15d respectively) were produced. The influence of different overlapping length on the flexural behavior of the fabricated concrete beams was analyzed. And the flexural behavior of the specimens was analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element software. The results show that there is no crack at the connection joint, and the failure process of which is similar to that of the cast-in-situ concrete beams, all of them are damaged by suitable reinforcement, and the staggered rebars do not yield and bond slip. When the overlapping length is 10d, the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of the prefabricated beams are basically equal to those of the cast-in-situ concrete beams. Increasing the overlapping length has no obvious effect on the cracking moment, but the ultimate moment can be increased obviously. According to relevant regulations, the overlapping length of the staggered rebar in the actual project is suggested as 10d. The numerical simulation results based on ABAQUS are in good agreement with the experimental results.

摘   要:研究了高钛重矿渣砂的冷却方式、粒径、细度模数和颗粒级配、渣粉含量、预湿时间对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)工作性和力学性能的影响,采用SEM观察了UHPC的微观结构。结果表明:与慢冷高钛重矿渣砂相比,掺快冷高钛重矿渣砂UHPC的工作性略差,但力学性能较好;随着快冷高钛重矿渣砂粒径的增大,UHPC的工作性和力学性能均先提升后下降,推荐粒径为0.60~2.36 mm;采用细度模数为2.6且位于Ⅱ区中值的快冷高钛重矿渣砂制备的UHPC工作性和力学性能优异;随着渣粉含量的增加,UHPC的工作性和力学性能先提升后下降,快冷高钛重矿渣砂中的渣粉含量应控制在6%以下;随着快冷高钛重矿渣砂预湿时间的增加,UHPC的工作性和力学性能先提升后基本不变,最佳预湿时间为12 h。 Abstract: The effects of cooling mode, particle size, fineness modulus and particle size distribution, slag powder content and pre-wetting time of high titanium heavy slag sand on the workability and mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) were studied, and the microstructure of UHPC was observed by SEM. The results show that compared with slow-cooling high titanium heavy slag sand, the UHPC mixed with fast-cooling high titanium heavy slag sand has poorer workability, but better mechanical properties. With the increase of particle size of fast-cooling high titanium heavy slag sand, the workability and mechanical properties of UHPC are improved first and then decreased, and the recommended particle size is 0.60~2.36 mm. The UHPC prepared with fast-cooling high titanium heavy slag sand with fineness modulus of 2.6 and median value in zone Ⅱ has excellent workability and mechanical properties. With the increase of slag powder content, the workability and mechanical properties of UHPC are improved first and then decreased, and the slag powder content in fast-cooling high titanium heavy slag sand should be controlled below 6%. With the increase of pre-wetting time of fast-cooling high titanium heavy slag sand, the workability and mechanical properties of UHPC are improved first and then basically unchanged, and the optimal pre-wetting time is 12 h.

摘   要:采用矿渣制备了超硫酸盐水泥,研究了硫酸亚铁和硝酸钙的掺量和掺加方式对超硫酸盐水泥3 d、7 d、28 d和90 d抗压、抗折强度的影响。结果表明:单掺适量硫酸亚铁时,超硫酸盐水泥各龄期的抗压、抗折强度均有所提高,但掺量过大(>0.5%)时对早期(3 d)抗压、抗折强度不利;单掺硝酸钙时,超硫酸盐水泥各龄期的抗压、抗折强度均有所降低;复掺硫酸亚铁和硝酸钙时,超硫酸盐水泥各龄期的抗压、抗折强度较未掺和单掺时均有明显提高,其中,复掺1.5%硫酸亚铁和2.0%硝酸钙对强度的提高效果最好。 Abstract: The supersulfate cement was prepared with slag, and the effects of ferrous sulfate and calcium nitrate on the compressive and flexural strength of supersulfate cement at 3 d, 7 d, 28 d and 90 d were studied. The results show that the compressive and flexural strength of supersulfate cement at all ages are improved with the appropriate content of ferrous sulfate alone, but the early compressive and flexural strength (3 d) are not good when the content is too large (>0.5%). When adding calcium nitrate alone, the compressive and flexural strength of each age of supersulfate cement decrease. When mixed with ferrous sulfate and calcium nitrate, the compressive and flexural strength of supersulfate cement at each age are significantly improved compared with those of blank group and single adding group, among them, mixed with 1.5% ferrous sulfate and 2.0% calcium nitrate has the best effect.

摘   要:研究了玄武岩石粉的粒径和替代率0、10%、20%、30%(等质量替代水泥)对高性能混凝土(HPC)工作性和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并结合压汞分析技术从微观角度探讨了玄武岩石粉的作用机理。结果表明:随着玄武岩石粉粒径和替代率的增加,HPC的流动度和初凝时间均呈增大趋势;随着玄武岩石粉替代率的增加,HPC的电通量先减小后增大;随着玄武岩石粉粒径的增加,HPC的电通量呈增大趋势;玄武岩石粉的粒径对HPC抗氯离子渗透性能的影响与其替代率紧密相关,当替代率较低时,粒径越小,HPC的抗氯离子渗透性能越好,而当替代率较高时,减小粒径对HPC抗氯离子渗透性能的改善效果不大;玄武岩石粉的填充效应和潜在活性可以提高基体的密实度,从而提高HPC的抗氯离子渗透性能。 Abstract: The influence of particle size and replacement rate(0, 10%, 20%, 30%) of basalt powder on the workability and chloride ion penetration resistance of high performance concrete(HPC) was studied, and the action mechanism of basalt powder was discussed from the microscopic perspective in combination with mercury intrusion analysis technology. The results show that the fluidity and initial setting time of HPC increase with the increase of basalt powder size and replacement rate. With the increase of basalt powder replacement rate, the electrical flux of HPC decreases first and then increases. With the increase of particle size of basalt powder, the electrical flux of HPC increases. The influence of particle size of basalt powder on the chloride ion penetration resistance of HPC is closely related to its replacement rate. When the replacement rate is low, the smaller the particle size, the better the chloride ion penetration resistance of HPC, while when the replacement rate is high, the reduction of particle size has a small impact on the chloride ion penetration resistance of HPC. The filling effect and potential activity of basalt powder can improve the compactness of matrix, thus improving the chloride ion penetration resistance of HPC.

摘   要:研究了石灰石尾矿粉等质量替代0、10%、20%、30%、40%的水泥对全再生骨料混凝土工作性、力学性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:10%掺量的石灰石尾矿粉可以改善全再生骨料混凝土的工作性;随着石灰石尾矿粉掺量的增加,试件的抗压强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,最佳掺量为10%;10%掺量的石灰石尾矿粉可以改善全再生骨料混凝土的抗冻性能和抗碳化性能。 Abstract: The influence of limestone tailing powder content(0, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%) on the workability, mechanical properties and durability of fully recycled aggregate concrete was studied. The results show that 10% limestone tailing powder can improve the workability of fully recycled aggregate concrete. With the increase of limestone tailing powder content, the compressive strength of the specimen increases first and then decreases, and the optimal content is 10%. 10% limestone tailing powder can improve the frost resistance and carbonation resistance of fully recycled aggregate concrete.

摘   要:采用拟水平法研究了脱硫灰掺量、粗骨料掺量和水胶比对脱硫灰混凝土抗压强度的影响。结果表明:水胶比对试件抗压强度的影响最显著,脱硫灰掺量次之,粗骨料掺量影响最小;随着水胶比的增加,试件的抗压强度下降;粗骨料掺量为0的试件抗压强度较粗骨料掺量为64%的试件低;随着脱硫灰掺量的增加,试件的抗压强度先增大后减小。脱硫灰混凝土的最佳配合比为:水胶比0.34、脱硫灰掺量20%、粗骨料掺量64%。 Abstract: The quasi horizontal method was used to study the influence of desulfurized ash content, coarse aggregate content and water-binder ratio on the compressive strength of desulfurized ash concrete. The results show that the water-binder ratio has the most significant effect on the compressive strength of the specimens, followed by the desulfurized ash content, and the coarse aggregate content has the least effect. With the increase of water-binder ratio, the compressive strength of the specimen decreases. The compressive strength of the specimen with 0 coarse aggregate content is lower than that of the specimen with 64% coarse aggregate content. With the increase of desulfurized ash content, the compressive strength of the specimen increases first and then decreases. The best mix proportion of desulfurization ash concrete is water-binder ratio of 0.34, desulfurized ash content of 20%, and coarse aggregate content of 64%.

摘  要:为了研究ABAQUS在钢筋混凝土结构拟静力试验数值分析中的适用性,选取了美国太平洋地震工程研究中心结构性能数据库中的一根矩形截面钢筋混凝土柱(RC柱)的拟静力试验数据,在ABAQUS中分别采用实体单元和纤维梁单元两种方式对其在低周往复荷载下的抗震性能进行了数值模拟,并与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:剪跨比不仅影响了RC柱的最终破坏形态,还会影响其抗侧刚度,且剪跨比越大,抗侧刚度越小;轴压比的增大会导致骨架曲线出现下降段,使RC柱的延性降低;混凝土强度对滞回曲线影响较小,纵筋配筋率的增大可有效提高RC柱的水平抗侧力。 Abstract: In order to study the applicability of ABAQUS in the numerical analysis of quasic-static test of reinforced concrete structure, the quasic-static test data of a rectangular reinforced concrete column (RC column) in the structural performance database of the Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center in the United States was selected, and the seismic performance of the column under low cyclic reciprocating loads was numerically simulated in ABAQUS by using solid element and fiber beam element respectively, and compared with the test results. The results show that the shear span ratio affects the ultimate failure mode of RC columns, and the greater the shear span ratio, the smaller the lateral stiffness. The increase of axial compression ratio will lead to the decrease of the skeleton curve, which will reduce the ductility of RC columns. The concrete strength has little effect on the hysteretic curve, and the increase of longitudinal reinforcement ratio can effectively improve the horizontal lateral bearing capacity of RC columns.

摘   要:在聚灰比为0、1%、3%、5%的情况下,研究了丁苯橡胶对泡沫混凝土干密度和抗折、抗压强度的影响,并通过显微图像处理和SEM从孔结构角度分析了丁苯橡胶对泡沫混凝土的改性机理。结果表明:随着聚灰比的增加,泡沫混凝土的孔隙率和平均孔径均呈先增后减的趋势,孔隙圆度值略有降低,导致干密度和抗压强度均先减小后增大,抗折强度先略有降低后快速增大。 Abstract: The effects of styrene-butadiene rubber on the dry density, flexural strength and compressive strength of foamed concrete were studied when the polymer-cement ratio was 0, 1%, 3% and 5%, and the modification mechanism of styrene-butadiene rubber on foamed concrete was analyzed from the perspective of pore structure by microscopic image processing and SEM. The results show that with the increase of polymer-cement ratio, the porosity and average pore size of foamed concrete increase first and then decrease, and the porosity roundness value decreases slightly, resulting in the dry density and compressive strength decrease first and then increase, and the flexural strength decreases slightly first and then increases rapidly.

摘   要:以脱硫石膏为主要胶凝材料,掺入普通硅酸盐水泥和外加剂,制备了石膏基自流平砂浆,研究了不同掺量(0、1%、2%、3%、4%)的可再分散乳胶粉对石膏基自流平砂浆工作性、力学性能和耐水性能的影响,并采用XRD和SEM进行了微观分析。结果表明:掺入适量的可再分散乳胶粉能够提高石膏基自流平砂浆的流动度;可再分散乳胶粉的掺入降低了石膏基自流平砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度和耐水性能,同时降低了压折比,从而提高了石膏基自流平砂浆的韧性和抗裂性,降低了脆性;石膏基自流平砂浆的水化产物主要为二水石膏、钙矾石等。 Abstract: Using desulfurization gypsum as the main cementitious material, mixed with ordinary silicate cement and admixtures, the gypsum-based self-leveling mortar was prepared. The effects of different contents(0, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%) of redispersible latex powder on the workability, mechanical properties and water resistance of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar were studied, and the microscopic analysis was carried out by XRD and SEM. The results show that adding appropriate content of redispersible latex powder can improve the fluidity of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar. The addition of redispersible latex powder reduces the compressive strength, flexural strength and water resistance of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar, and reduces the compression flexural ratio, thereby improving the toughness and crack resistance of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar and reducing brittleness. The hydration products of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar are gypsum dihydrate, ettringite and so on.
