摘 要:研究了超早强外加剂对不同胶凝材料混凝土新拌性能及不同龄期抗压强度的影响,考察了不同养护温度条件下对混凝土抗压强度的影响,同时研究了超早强外加剂对混凝土耐久性和水泥水化过程的影响。结果表明,超早强外加剂的掺入,对混凝土含气量和初始坍落度基本无影响,缩短混凝土的初凝和终凝时间60~90min,能有效促进水泥早期水化,缩短水化诱导期,从而大幅提高不同胶凝材料体系、不同温度下混凝土24h内的抗压强度,增幅可高达200%,且后期强度稳定增长。
Abstract: The effect of super-accelerate admixture on the fresh mixed concrete performance and compressive strength of different cementitious materials with different curing ages was studied. The influence of admixture on the compressive strength under different curing temperature, and the concrete durability, hydration of cement was investigated. The results show that the super-accelerate admixture has no influence on the air content and initial slump of concrete, shorten the initial and final setting time of 60~90min. It can accelerate the early hydration process of cement effectively, and thus improve the compressive strength of concrete in the 24h greatly, an increase up to 200%, and make the late strength stably growing.
