摘 要:构筑物大坡度成型面的坡度保持是混凝土施工质量控制的难点,尤其是在施工时间有限、抹面次数受限的工况下更难控制。针对混凝土所成坡度在硬化前无法有效保持与定型,导致排水或构造坡度不满足要求的现实难题,通过新拌混凝土形态保持能力、浆体形貌观察分析等室内试验以及现场工程试用,研究采用TKC触变剂来改善新拌混凝土的塑性形态保持能力。结果表明: TKC触变剂的加入改善了新拌混凝土的坡度保持能力,在泵送压力无明显增加、施工难度无明显增加情况下,其混凝土硬化后坡度保持良好。这主要与TKC触变剂中纤维状组分通过缠结、桥接、交织作用形成交联网络对浆体及其骨料的束缚、增糙、限位等效应有关。研究成果可为构筑物大坡度混凝土成型面形态保持的技术难题提供一定的借鉴与参考。
Abstract: The shape-holding of structures with large slope forming surface is difficult to control, especially when the construction time is limited and the times of plaster surface is limited. In order to solve the problem that concrete slopes cannot be effectively maintained before hardened, the TKC thixotropic agent is used to improve the shape-holding ability of fresh concrete by indoor and on-site experiments. Results indicate that the addition of TKC thixotropic agent could improve the shape-holding ability of fresh concrete effectively. Moreover, the pumping pressure is not increased obviously. This is mainly due to fibrous gel structures of the TKC thixotropic agent, which will provide valuable and useful references for quality control of concrete structures with large slope forming surface.
