混凝土黏聚性对预制箱梁外观质量的影响研究

摘   要:为研究混凝土拌合物黏聚性的影响因素,采用定量分析方法对不同配合比混凝土进行了黏聚性评价,通过测定各组混凝土的黏聚性指数研究发现:当C50预制箱梁混凝土水胶比为0.32、砂率为38%、粉煤灰掺量为16%、外加剂掺量为1.1%时,其黏聚性最佳,黏聚性指数达到77.9,较基准组提高了18.4%。工程应用表明,优化后的混凝土配合比可有效改善由于黏聚性差导致的预制箱梁外观质量问题。 Abstract: In order to study the factors affecting the cohesiveness of concrete mixture, the quantitative analysis method was used to evaluate the cohesiveness and workability of concrete with different mix proportions. By measuring the cohesiveness index of each group of concrete, it is found that when the parameters of water-binder ratio, sand ratio, fly ash content and admixture content of the C50 concrete of the precast box girder are respectively adjusted to 0.32, 38%, 16% and 1.1%, the cohesiveness of fresh concrete is the best, and the cohesiveness index reaches 77.9, which is 18.4% higher than that of the basic group. The engineering application shows that the optimized concrete mix proportion can obtain better cohesiveness and workability, which can effectively reduce the appearance quality problems of the precast box girder caused by poor cohesiveness.

摘   要:针对PCCP插口环与钢筒焊缝微渗漏处的问题,采用内角焊缝焊接+高压注胶+内缝填充+涂刷聚脲封面的综合处理工艺,对微渗漏问题进行了有效处理。整体水压试验及长期运行效果均表明,该工艺处理效果较理想。 Abstract: In view of the micro-leakage problem of the weld between the PCCP socket ring and steel cylinder, the comprehensive treatment process of internal fillet welding, high pressure glue injection, internal seam filling and scraping polyurea cover was adopted to deal with the problem. The overall hydrostatic test results and long-term operation effect show that the effect of this treatment process is great.

摘   要:基于理论、试验和有限元分析三种方法,阐述了交通荷载作用下城市地下综合管廊疲劳损伤的研究现状,并针对现有研究不足提出了相应的研究思路与解决措施。 Abstract: Based on three method of the theoretical, experimental and finite element analysis, the status of fatigue damage of urban underground utility tunnel under the traffic loads are introduced, and ideas and prospects for the research of utility tunnel under the traffic loads are put forward as well.
