摘   要:采用单面冻融法,研究了不同甲酸钾除冰液浓度作用下机场道面混凝土冻融前后的性能,并对机场道面混凝土表面剥落物质量、介质吸入率、超声波相对动弹性模量和孔结构进行了测定。结果表明:在除冰液作用下,混凝土的孔隙水饱和度显著提升,使混凝土冻融后的破坏程度加剧;在除冰液浓度作用下,混凝土冻融时的表面剥落物质量和介质吸入率与冻融介质的性质及混凝土孔隙水饱和度有关,大小顺序皆为:6%>12%>24%>0,超声波相对动弹性模量与混凝土内部结构复杂程度有关,除冰液浓度对超声波相对动弹性模量下降影响大小顺序为:24%>6%>12%>0;随除冰液浓度(6%、12%、24%)增加,单面冻融后混凝土的平均孔径呈先增大后减小的趋势。 Abstract: The performance of airport pavement concrete before and after freeze-thaw under different concentration of potassium formate deicing liquid was studied by single-side freeze-thaw method. The results show that under the action of deicing liquid, the pore water saturation of concrete is significantly increased, which aggravates the damage of concrete after freeze-thaw. Under the action of each deicing liquid concentration, the surface peeling mass and medium suction rate of concrete during freeze-thaw are related to the properties of freeze-thaw medium and the saturation of concrete pore water. The order of magnitude is: 6%>12%>24%>0. The relative dynamic elastic modulus of ultrasonic wave is related to the complexity of concrete internal structure. The order of influence of deicing liquid concentration on the decline of ultrasonic relative dynamic elastic modulus is: 24%>6%>12%>0. With the increase of deicing liquid concentration(6%, 12%, 24%), the average pore diameter of concrete after single-side freeze-thaw first increases and then decreases.

摘   要:针对UHPC收缩大、抗裂性差等问题,将经预湿水处理的高吸水性树脂SAP掺入UHPC中,对比研究了SAP掺量对UHPC性能的影响,并分析其作用机理。结果表明:SAP能有效缓解UHPC的扩展度经时损失;随着SAP掺量的增加,UHPC的扩展度逐渐增加,而抗压强度逐渐降低,且SAP对UHPC早期抗压强度的影响更大;SAP可改善UHPC的自收缩,且掺量越大,改善效果越明显;掺量为0.1%、0.2%的SAP均能改善UHPC的抗氯离子渗透性能,但当掺量超过0.2%时,SAP会降低UHPC的抗氯离子渗透性能和抗冻性能。 Abstract: Aiming at the problems of large shrinkage and poor crack resistance of UHPC, the influence of super absorbent polymer SAP dosage on the performance of UHPC with the SAP treated with pre-wet water was studied, and its mechanism was analyzed. The results show that SAP can effectively alleviate expansion loss over time of UHPC with the increase of SAP dosage, the expansion degree of UHPC gradually increases and the compressive strength gradually decreases, and SAP has a greater influence on the early compressive strength of UHPC. SAP can improve the self-shrinkage of UHPC, the greater the dosage, the more obvious the effect. The dosage of SAP with 0.1% and 0.2% can improve the chloride ion erosion resistance of UHPC, but when the SAP dosage is more than 0.2%, it can lead to the reduction of the chloride ion erosion resistance and the frost resistance of UHPC.

摘   要:采用超声波法制备了SiO2溶胶-碳纳米管(CNTs)分散液,研究了SiO2溶胶-CNTs分散液对水泥基复合材料性能的影响,并用SEM、EDS、XRD微观测试方法对其进行了表征。结果表明:以SiO2溶胶为分散介质,通过超声波法能够实现CNTs在水泥基复合材料中的均匀分散;掺1.5%的SiO2溶胶和0.15%的CNTs能进一步提高砂浆的力学性能;SiO2溶胶的火山灰活性消耗了砂浆中多余的水化产物Ca(OH)2,形成C-S-H凝胶密实了砂浆结构,CNTs在水泥浆体和细骨料界面之间起到纤维增强的作用,细化了孔隙,填补了微裂缝,降低了孔隙率。 Abstract: Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) were dispersed in aqueous solution by ultrasonic dispersion, and SiO2 sol was added to CNTs dispersion by gel method. The effects of CNTs and SiO2 sol on the properties of cement-based composite materials were studied, and it was characterized by SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that CNTs can be uniformly dispersed in cement-based composite materials by ultrasonic method with SiO2 sol as dispersion medium. Adding 1.5% SiO2 sol and 0.15% CNTs can further improve the mechanical properties of mortar. The pozzolanic activity of SiO2 sol consumes the excess hydration product Ca(OH)2 in the mortar to form C-S-H gel and compact the mortar structure. CNTs plays a role of fiber reinforcement between the cement paste and the fine aggregate interface, refines the pores, fills the micro cracks, reduces the porosity.

摘   要:总结了目前确定黏聚断裂韧度KIcc的多种方法,如高斯-切比雪夫积分法、等效力法、窄条断裂模型法、权函数法、简化格林函数法、实用插值法等,介绍了这些方法的使用步骤和结果精度,并对结果进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,虽然基于不同方法求解的混凝土黏聚断裂韧度KIcc略有误差,但仍能满足工程需求,可根据需求选择不同的方法求解。 Abstract: The current methods for determining the cohesive fracture toughness KIcc, such as Gauss-Chebyshev integration method, equivalent effectiveness method, narrow strip fracture model method, weight function method, simplified Green function method, practical interpolation method, and so on, are summarized, the procedures for using these various methods and the accuracy of the results are described and the results are compared and analyzed. The analyzed results show that the cohesive fracture toughness KIcc of concrete obtained by the different methods is slightly inaccurate, it still meets the needs of engineering use and can be solved by different methods depending on the needs.

摘   要:为了探究风积沙自密实混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,研究了不同侵蚀龄期下风积沙掺量对自密实混凝土的工作性、质量损失率、相对动弹性模量和耐蚀系数的影响。结果表明:随着风积沙取代率的增大,风积沙自密实混凝土拌和物的坍落扩展度呈先增大后减小的趋势;随着侵蚀龄期的延长,风积沙自密实混凝土的质量、相对动弹性模量和耐蚀系数均呈先增加后降低的趋势;适量掺入风积沙能有效改善自密实混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,当侵蚀龄期为120 d时,60%风积沙取代率下的风积沙自密实混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能最佳;风积沙自密实混凝土的耐蚀系数与相对动弹性模量和质量损失率均存在良好的线性关系。 Abstract: In order to study the sulfate erosion resistance of aeolian sand self-compacting concrete, the influence of the amount of aeolian sand on the workability, mass loss rate, relative dynamic elastic modulus and erosion coefficient of aeolian sand self-compacting concrete under different erosion ages was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of replacement rate of aeolian sand, the slump expansion of aeolian sand self-compacting concrete increases first and then decreases. The mass, relative dynamic elastic modulus, and erosion coefficient all show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of erosion age. The appropriate amount of aeolian sand can improve the sulfate corrosion resistance of self-compacting concrete. When the erosion age reaches 120 d, the aeolian sand self-compacting concrete with aeolian sand amount of 60% has the best sulfate corrosion resistance. It is found that the erosion coefficient has a good correlation with the relative dynamic elastic modulus and the mass loss rate.

摘   要:介绍了海砂的淡化处理技术以及海砂与淡化海砂在物理、化学属性方面的差异性,对比了海砂混凝土与淡化海砂混凝土力学性能、耐久性能的不同,并总结了纤维增强材料(FRP)筋与海砂混凝土之间适配性问题,对海砂混凝土、淡化海砂混凝土在工程中的可行性应用进行了展望。 Abstract: The desalination treatment technology of sea sand and the differences in physical and chemical properties between sea sand and desalinated sea sand are introduced. The differences in mechanical properties and durability between sea sand concrete and desalinated sea sand concrete are compared. The adaptability between fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) bars and sea sand concrete is summarized. The feasible application of sea sand concrete and desalinated sea sand concrete in engineering are prospected.

摘   要:研究了粉煤灰、矿粉对掺硫铝酸盐膨胀剂(CSA)试件在不同养护条件下的膨胀率、自生体积变形率和干燥收缩的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰对CSA的膨胀性能起正效应,粉煤灰的掺入增大了试件在饱水养护下的早期膨胀率, 与3%CSA组试件相比,3%CSA15%FA、3%CSA30%FA和3%CSA45%FA组试件的7 d膨胀率分别增大了11.4%、31.3%和68.0%;粉煤灰的掺入显著提高了试件在绝湿养护下的自膨胀,3%CSA15%FA、3%CSA30%FA和3%CSA45%FA组试件的180 d自膨胀变形率分别为226×10-6、771×10-6和2 121×10-6;粉煤灰的掺入有效改善了试件在干燥养护条件下的干燥收缩,与3%CSA组试件相比,3%CSA15%FA、3%CSA30%FA和3%CSA45%FA组试件的180 d干燥收缩从-2 980×10-6分别降低为-2 513×10-6、-2 269×10-6和-1 709×10-6;矿粉对CSA的膨胀性能起负效应,不同养护条件下,矿粉的掺入均明显抑制了CSA膨胀性能的发挥。实际工程使用CSA配制补偿收缩混凝土时,应减少矿粉用量,适当增大粉煤灰用量。 Abstract: The effects of fly ash and mineral powder on the expansion rate, autogenous volume deformation rate and drying shrinkage of specimens with sulphoaluminate expansive agent(CSA) under different curing conditions were studied. The results show that fly ash has a positive effect on the expansion performance of CSA. The addition of fly ash increases the early expansion rate of specimens under saturation curing. Compared with 3%CSA specimens, the 7 d expansion rates of 3%CSA15%FA, 3%CSA30%FA and 3%CSA45%FA specimens increase by 11.4%, 31.3% and 68.0% respectively. The addition of fly ash significantly improves the self expansion of the specimen under absolute humidity curing, and the 180 d self expansion deformation rates of 3%CSA15%FA, 3%CSA30%FA and 3%CSA45%FA specimens are 226×10-6、771×10-6 and 2 121×10-6 respectively. The addition of fly ash effectively improves the drying shrinkage of the specimens under dry curing. Compared with 3%CSA specimens, the 180 d drying shrinkage of 3%CSA15%FA, 3%CSA30%FA and 3%CSA45%FA specimens are from -2 980×10-6 is reduced to -2 513×10-6、-2 269×10-6 and -1 709×10-6 respectively. Mineral powder has a negative effect on the expansion performance of CSA, and the expansion performance of CSA is obviously inhibited by the addition of mineral powder under different curing conditions. When the shrinkage compensating concrete is prepared with CSA in practical projects, the amount of mineral powder should be reduced and the amount of fly ash should be increased.
