大口径PCCP断丝加固技术工程应用和效果评价

摘   要:针对埋地预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)的断丝现象,介绍了常用的三种加固方案,即在断丝管节内壁粘贴碳纤维片材、对断丝管节进行体外预应力加固以及更换断丝管节方式对其进行了修补加固。为了验证这些加固技术的应用效果,对断丝管节加固前后的断丝数据及冬夏季典型时段断丝数据进行了分析,并对加固方案效果进行了评价。结果表明:碳纤维加固不能显著减少断丝的持续发生;体外预应力加固效果明显,可基本解决断丝的发生,是相对可靠的断丝管节加固技术;更换断丝管节,需耗费大量的人财物,适用于管线应急修复。 Abstract: Due to the broken wires phenomenon of buried prestressed concrete cylinder pipes (PCCP), the reinforced technologies method of pasting CFRP on the inner wall, strengthening with external prestressed steel strands and replacing the broken pipes were introduced.  In order to determine the practical effect of reinforcement technology,  the data of broken wires before and after the reinforcement of broken pipes and the data of broken wires during typical periods in winter and summer were studied and analyzed. The results show that the reinforement technology with CFRP cannot reduce the continuous occurrence of broken wires. And the reinforcement technology with external prestressed steel strands has obvious reinforcement effect, which can basically solve the occurrence of broken wires, so it is a reliable reinforcement technology for the pipelines with broken wires. The replacement of the broken pipe requires a lot of people and property, and is suitable for pipeline emergency repair.

摘   要:在合理选择单元类型和材料本构模型基础上,通过建立预制再生混凝土箱涵有限元模型,研究了其力学性能,并分析了再生粗骨料取代率对模型荷载-位移曲线的影响。结果表明:预制再生混凝土箱涵的破坏方式与普通混凝土箱涵基本相似;再生粗骨料取代率对管节的荷载-位移曲线的影响明显;随着再生粗骨料掺量的提高,箱涵的极限承载力随之降低,且承载能力快速下降。 Abstract: The mechanical properties of small precast recycled concrete box culverts was studied by built a finite element model based on the reasonable element types and material constitutive model, and the influence of the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate on the load-displacement curves was analyzed. The results show that the damage mode of precast recycled concrete box culverts is basically similar to that of the ordinary concrete box culverts. The replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate has an obvious influence on the load-displacement curves of the concrete box culverts. As the recycled aggregate content increasing, the ultimate bearing capacity of the box culverts reducesy. The bearing capacity decreases faster after crossing the limit point.

摘   要:针对大跨度楼板应用需求越来越多的现状,提出了一种预应力空心纵肋叠合板体系。为研究该体系的整体受力性能,对其破坏形态、抗裂性能、抗弯刚度及承载力进行了试验研究。结果表明:所提出的预应力空心纵肋叠合板体系可满足承载力、挠度、裂缝控制性能等指标要求;与现浇板相比,该叠合板体系具有良好的整体性;该施工采用底板反拱的施工方式时安全可行的。 Abstract: In view of the increasing demand for the application of large-span slab, a prestressed hollow longitudinal rib composite slab system is proposed. In order to study the overall mechanical performance of precast prestressed hollow longitudinal rib slab and composite slab, a systematic experimental study is carried out on the fracture morphology, crack resistance, bending stiffness and bearing capacity of prestressed longitudinal rib composite slab. The results show that the proposed prestressed longitudinal rib composite slab can meet the requirements of bearing capacity, deflection, crack control performance and other indicators; Compared with the cast-in-place slab, the prestressed longitudinal rib composite slab has good integrity; The construction method of bottom slab reverse arch is safe and feasible.
