摘 要:对海工高性能混凝土的配制与耐久性能进行了研究。采用粉煤灰、矿渣、聚羧酸高效减水剂和纤维素类增稠剂(VMA)外掺技术,通过正交试验设计和配合比优化,选出C40、C45、C50强度等级混凝土最优配合比。结果表明,新拌混凝土初始坍落度为180~200mm,后期强度和耐久性能均满足海工工程设计要求,混凝土氯离子迁移系数DRCM小于4×10-12m2/s,电通量小于800C,抗冻等级达到F200,抗渗等级远大于W4;通过微观分析,混凝土内部结构致密,有害孔较少,可有效防止环境有害离子的侵蚀。
Abstract: The preparation and durability of marine engineering high-performance concrete are studied. Using the additive technology of fly ash, slag, polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, and cellulose thickener(VMA), through the orthogonal experiment design and the optimization of mix proportion, the optimal mix proportion of C40, C45, C50 concrete is selected. The results showed that, the initial slump of the fresh concrete is 180~200mm.The late strength and durability performance can meet the requirements of coastal engineering, the chloride migration coefficient(DRCM) of concrete is less than 4×10-12m2/s, the electric flux is also less than 800C, the concrete frost resistance grade can reach F200, and concrete impermeability grade is more than W4. Through microscopic analysis, the internal structure of concrete is very dense, which has less harmful hole, so the concrete can effectively prevent erosion of the environmental harmful ion.
