摘 要:莫桑比克马普托大桥是非洲第一大悬索桥,受当地地材的限制,该项目采用了吸水率大于2%的高吸水率粗骨料。为了控制现场混凝土的外观质量,本文设计了一套混凝土外观评价的试验方法和评分标准,考察聚羧酸减水剂、气泡、脱模剂以及成型方式等不同因素对含大吸水率粗骨料混凝土外观的影响,为混凝土现场施工提供参考依据。
Abstract: The Maputo bridge in Mozambique is the largest suspension bridge in Africa. Restricted by the local material, the project adopts the high water absorption coarse aggregate with water absorption rate of more than 2%. In order to control the appearance quality of concrete, this paper designed a set of test methods and standards to evaluate the concrete appearance. The influences of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, bubbles, releasing agent and forming method on the appearance of coarse aggregate concrete with high water absorption rate are investigated, which can provide the reference for the concrete site construction.
