摘 要:与普通房建材料相比,地下综合管廊混凝土不仅要求强度高,且对抗裂、工作性能等也有很高要求。本文研究了粗骨料类型、膨胀剂、混凝土内养护材料、砂率等因素对混凝土强度、抗裂、收缩、工作性的影响。结果表明,碎石混凝土强度高、能有效改善混凝土表面裂纹和收缩;膨胀剂和混凝土内养护材料可以避免混凝土表面生成裂纹,大大降低混凝土收缩率;45%砂率混凝土具有良好的黏聚性、流动性和保水性。
Abstract:Compared with ordinary housing construction, the special-purpose concrete of the underground integrated corridor not only requires high strength, but also has high requirements on crack resistance and workability. The influence of coarse aggregate type, expansive agent, concrete curing material and sand rate on concrete strength, crack resistance, shrinkage and workability are studied. The results show that the gravel concrete is not only high strength, but also can improve the concrete surface crack and shrinkage. Expansion agent and concrete curing material can prevent the concrete surface cracks, and greatly reduce the shrinkage of concrete. 45% sand rate of concrete has good cohesiveness, mobility and water retention.
