摘   要:通过聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)与氨基开环反应,成功合成了一种新型聚氨基酸衍生型膦酸基减水剂(PSI-g-PEGAP),研究了该减水剂对水泥基材料的影响规律,并与聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)在硫酸盐耐受性方面进行了比较。此外,根据吸附测试、动态光散射表征等,分析了PSI-g-PEGAP与水泥颗粒的相互作用。结果表明:通过引入膦酸基,明显提升了减水剂的减水、保坍性能,且平衡吸附量可增大1倍;与PCE相比,流体力学直径明显增大约10倍,对硫酸盐耐受性也有显著提高。 Abstract: Through the ring-opening reaction between polysuccinimide(PSI) and amino group, a new type of polyamino acid-derived phosphate superplasticizer(PSI-g-PEGAP) was successfully synthesized. The effect rules of PSI-g-PEGAP on cement-based materials were systematically studied, and the sulfate resistance performance was compared with that of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE). In addition, through adsorption tests, dynamic light scattering characterization, the interaction of PSI-g-PEGAP with cement particles was also carried out. The results show that the introduction of phosphate esters significantly improves the dispersion and retention performance of superplasticizer, and the equilibrium adsorption capacity is increased by 1 times. Compared with PCE, the hydrodynamic diameter of PSI-g-PEGAP is significantly increased by 10 times, and the sulfate resistance is also significantly improved.

摘   要:通过配制pH=2.0的模拟酸雨溶液,采用浸泡加速腐蚀的方法,研究了不同压应力水平(28 d抗压强度的15%、20%、25%、30%)作用下混凝土不同腐蚀龄期内的力学性能变化规律。结果表明:在腐蚀初期,试件的质量与抗压强度呈现增加的趋势,而到腐蚀中后期,其质量和抗压强度均逐渐减小;随着应力水平的增加,试件的强度损失和峰值应变增大,而质量损失、峰值应力和吸能能力均减小;应力作用会加速酸雨对混凝土的腐蚀,且应力水平越高,加速腐蚀作用越显著。 Abstract: By preparing the pH=2.0 simulated acid rain solution and adopting immersion accelerated corrosion method, the change law of mechanical properties of concrete under different compressive stresses (15%, 20%, 25%, 30% of 28 d compressive strength) in different corrosion times was discussed. The results show that the mass and compressive strength of specimens increase in the early stage of corrosion, but decrease gradually in the middle and late stage of corrosion. With the increase of stress level, the strength loss and peak strain of concrete increase, while the mass loss, peak stress and energy absorption capacity decrease. The compressive stress will accelerate the corrosion of acid rain on concrete, and the higher the stress level, the more significant the acceleration effect.

摘   要:设计了盐冻时混凝土杂散电流腐蚀试验和盐冻后混凝土电阻率测试试验,通过测试杂散电流密度和混凝土电阻率研究了盐冻时混凝土杂散电流的腐蚀规律及盐冻后混凝土电阻率的变化规律,揭示了盐冻对混凝土杂散电流腐蚀的影响。结果表明:盐冻时,杂散电流密度与温度正相关,冷冻过程的混凝土杂散电流腐蚀比融化过程严重,而连续冻融循环将减小混凝土杂散电流腐蚀;盐冻后,混凝土的电阻率显著降低,并随冻融循环次数的增加呈指数衰减趋势,氯盐加速了混凝土电阻率的降低;氯盐浓度越大,钢筋杂散电流腐蚀越严重。 Abstract: The stray current corrosion test of concrete during salt-freezing and the concrete resistivity test after salt-freezing were designed. The stray current density and concrete resistivity were measured to explore the rule of stray current corrosion during salt-freezing and the change rule of concrete resistivity after salt-freezing. The effects of salt-freezing on stray current corrosion of concrete were revealed. The results show that the stray current density is positively correlated with temperature during salt-freezing, the stray current corrosion of concrete is more serious in freezing process than that in thawing process, and the continuous freeze-thaw cycle will reduce the stray current corrosion of concrete. After salt-freezing, the concrete resistivity decreases significantly and decreases exponentially with the number of freeze-thaw cycles. Chlorine salt accelerates the reduction of concrete resistivity. The higher the concentration of chlorine salt, the greater the stray current corrosion of reinforcement.

摘   要:研究了相同和易性和强度等级条件下,天然砂混凝土和机制砂混凝土配合比的差异。结果表明:在坍落度40~200 mm、强度等级C20~C45范围内时,通过同时提高2%~4%的砂率和0.037~0.082的浆骨比,可以使机制砂混凝土具有与天然砂混凝土相同的和易性;当水灰比相同时,砂率和浆骨比的调整并不影响机制砂混凝土的28 d抗压强度,水灰比定则对机制砂混凝土仍然适用;当坍落度相同时,随着强度等级的提高,机制砂混凝土较天然砂混凝土的浆骨比增量增加;在低坍落度(40 mm)条件下,对于不同强度等级的混凝土,掺加减水剂均可减少机制砂对混凝土砂率和浆骨比的影响。 Abstract: The difference of the proportion of mixture between natural sand concrete and manufactured sand concrete under the condition of the same workability and strength grade was studied. The results show that by increasing the sand ratio(2%~4%) and the paste-aggregate ratio(0.037~0.082), the workability of manufactured sand concrete with the slump of 40~200 mm and the strength grade of C20~C45 can be the same as that of natural sand concrete. When the water cement ratio is the same, the adjustment of sand ratio and paste-aggregate ratio does not affect the 28 d compressive strength of manufactured sand concrete, and the water cement ratio rule is still applicable to manufactured sand concrete. Under the same slump, the increment of the paste-aggregate ratio of manufactured sand concrete compared with natural sand concrete increases with the increase of the strength grade. Under the condition of low slump(40 mm), the influence of manufactured sand on sand ratio and paste-aggregate ratio of concrete can be weakened by adding water reducing agent.

摘   要:基于基本需水率试验方法,测试了不同材料组成下砂浆的基本需水率和堆积密实度,分析了石粉含量、粉煤灰掺量、级配、体积砂率对砂浆堆积密实度的影响,建立了基于上述4个变量的砂浆基本需水率预测模型和堆积密实度预测模型,并通过试验验证了预测模型的准确性。此外,采用常用的湿测法对砂浆的堆积密实度进行了测试,其结果与所提出的基于基本需水率法的测试结果以及预测模型的计算结果吻合度较高,证明了基于基本需水率的砂浆堆积密实度测试方法的可行性。 Abstract: A test method based on the basic water demand rate was adopted to test the basic water demand rate and packing density of mortar under different material compositions, and the influences of limestone powder content, fly ash content, gradation and sand-mortar ratio on the packing density of mortar were analyzed. The prediction models of mortar basic water demand rate and packing density were established based on the above four variables, and the accuracy of the prediction models were verified by tests. In addition, the common wet packing method was used to test the packing density of mortar. The results are in good agreement with the test results of the method based on the basic water demand rate method and the calculation results of the prediction model. It is proved that the method based on the basic water demand rate is feasible.

摘   要:研制了一种防腐阻锈剂(MA),并研究了其对钢筋混凝土力学性能、耐久性能的影响。结果表明:基于对照组,掺MA的混凝土7 d和28 d抗压强度比分别为115%和108%,其氯离子扩散系数比为71.94%;通过钢筋耐盐水浸渍试验发现,MA具有良好的阻锈效果;掺MA的砂浆抗蚀系数为1.13,20 ℃和40 ℃水浴养护下砂浆的7 d限制膨胀率分别为0.028%和0.035%,28 d限制膨胀率分别为0.040%和0.039%,具有一定的补偿收缩作用。 Abstract: A multifunctional sulfate-resistant and corrosion-inhibition admixture(MA) was developed, and its effects on the mechanical properties and durability of reinforced concrete were studied. The results show that based on the control group, the 7 d and 28 d compressive strength ratios of concrete doped with MA are 115% and 108%, respectively. The chloride ion diffusion coefficient ratio of concrete is 71.94%. The salt water immersion test of steel bar shows that MA has good rust resistance effect. The corrosion resistance coefficient of mortar doped with MA is 1.13, and the 7 d limit expansion rates of mortar measured at 20 ℃ and 40 ℃ water conservation conditions are 0.028% and 0.035%, respectively, and the limited expansion rates of 28 d are 0.040% and 0.039%, respectively, and has a certain effect of compensating shrinkage.
