摘 要:通过落锤冲击试验机对加入不同聚丙烯腈纤维长度和掺量的混凝土试件进行了冲击试验,分析了时间-位移图像和时间-拟合力图像。试验结果表明,在450mm的冲击高度下,对于提高混凝土的抗冲击性能,聚丙烯腈纤维在0.9~1.2kg/m3之间存在一个最佳掺量;同时,对于试验中选用的6mm、9mm和12mm的聚丙烯腈纤维,随着纤维长度的增加,试件在冲击作用下的位移变小,即对于提高混凝土的抗冲击性能而言,纤维越长,混凝土抗冲击性能越好。
Abstract: The drop-weight test was carried out to study the polyacrylonitrile fiber concrete with different content and length, the images about time-displacement and time-force were analyzed. The results show that under the impact height of 450mm, there exists an optimum content which can improve the impact resistance of concrete when the volume of polyacrylonitrile fiber is between 0.9kg/m3 and 1.2kg/m3. The fibers with length of 6mm、9mm and 12mm were used in this study, impact displacement decreased with the increasing of the length of fibers. For the improvement of the concrete, the longer the fiber, the better the impact resistance of concrete.
