摘 要:采用球磨机对钼尾矿进行机械活化,考察了不同粉磨时间对钼尾矿粒径分布、筛余、等效粒径以及比表面积的变化规律,并将活化后的钼尾矿用于制备硅酸钙板,研究了机械活化前后钼尾矿对硅酸钙板性能的影响。试验结果表明,在粉磨初期,随着粉磨时间增加,钼尾矿粒径分布范围变窄,筛余明显降低,等效粒径减小,比表面积增加,制备的硅酸钙板水化产物托贝莫来石衍射峰强度和硅酸钙板抗折强度增加;当粉磨时间超过15min后,钼尾矿粒径和硅酸钙板性能变化不明显。机械活化过程等效粒径及比表面积与粉磨时间双对数具有较好的线性相关性。
Abstract: Molybdenum tailings were activated by ball milling to improve the hydration activity under high pressure steam conservation condition. The effect of grinding time on the particle size distribution, sieve residue, equivalent particle size and specific surface areas was extensively investigated. The properties of calcium silicate boards made by mechanical activated molybdenum tailings were studied. The results showed that at the beginning of milling, the particle size distribution became narrow, sieve residue obviously reduced, the equivalent particle size decreased and the specific surface area increased with the increase of grinding time. Furthermore, the diffraction peak intensity of tobermorite formed during the hydration process and the flexural strength of calcium silicate boards increased. The particle size of molybdenum tailings and the properties of calcium silicate boards changed little after fifteen-minute grinding. Both the equivalent particle size and specific surface area of molybdenum tailings showed a good linear relation to double logarithm of grinding time.
