摘 要：介绍了预应力混凝土水泥制品中的高强度钢筋在张拉前进行的镦头工作。考虑到实际应用中早期的液压型钢筋镦头器通过碟型弹簧的压力进行钢筋的夹紧存在一定的缺陷和采用内外油缸并联的方式易产生误动作，提出了改进方案并予以实施。实践证明，改进后的钢筋墩头器有很好的应用效果。
Abstract: The pier head work that the tension of high strength steel in the pre-stressed concrete cement products is introduced. Considering the insufficient of the practical application of hydraulic clamping and the misoperation during the production, the improvement scheme and implementation is put forward. Practice has proved that the improved reinforced pier head has a good application effect.
