摘 要:在设计强度为C35的煤矸石保温混凝土中分别掺入0.05%、0.1%、0.15%和0.2%的聚丙烯纤维(PPF),并对3d、7d、14d及28d龄期下的混凝土试件进行立方体抗压强度试验。试验结果表明,在各龄期下,立方体抗压强度随着PPF掺量的增加,均呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,在纤维掺量为0.05%时提高最大;纤维的掺入可以有效提高煤矸石保温混凝土的早期抗压强度。根据试验结果建立了PPF煤矸石保温混凝土的抗压强度预测模型,依据7d的抗压强度可以较好地预测28d抗压强度。 Abstract: 0.05%,0.1%,0.15%and0.2%PPFwererespectivelyaddedintheganguethermalinsulationconcretewithdesignstrengthC35,andthecubiccompressivestrengthtestwascarriedoutonconcretespecimensattheageof3d,7d,14dand28d.Theresultsshowthatunderdifferentages,withtheincreaseofPPFcontent,thecubiccompressivestrengthincreasesfirstandthendecreases,andwhenthefibercontentis0.05%,themaximumincreaseisachieved.Thefiberblendingcaneffectivelyincreasetheearlycompressivestrengthofganguethermalinsulationconcrete.Accordingtothetestresults,thecompressivestrengthpredictionmodelofpolypropylenefiberganguethermalinsulationconcretewasestablished,and7dcompressivestrengthcanpredictthe28dcompressivestrength.
