摘   要:采用3种丙烯酸聚合物乳液(纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液)对麦秸纤维进行了改性处理,对比分析了未改性和改性麦秸纤维的吸水率、润湿性、抗拉强度,并进行了微观分析。在此基础上,研究了改性麦秸纤维对水泥基材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:与未改性麦秸纤维相比,3种改性麦秸纤维的吸水率均降低,疏水性和抗拉强度均提高;与纯丙乳液和苯丙乳液改性麦秸纤维相比,硅丙乳液改性麦秸纤维的吸水率最低,疏水性和抗拉强度最高;与未改性麦秸纤维增强水泥基材料相比,3种改性麦秸纤维增强水泥基材料的抗压、抗折强度提高,韧性增强,其中,硅丙乳液改性麦秸纤维对水泥基材料的增强、增韧作用相对最好。 Abstract: Wheat straw fiber was modified by three kinds of acrylic polymer emulsion (pure acrylic emulsion, styrene acrylic emulsion and silicone acrylic emulsion), and the water absorption, wettability, and tensile strength of unmodified and modified wheat straw fiber were compared and analyzed, and the microscopic analysis was conducted. On this basis, the effects of modified wheat straw fiber on the mechanical properties of cement-based materials were studied. The results show that compared with unmodified wheat straw fiber, the water absorption of the modified wheat straw fiber decreases, while hydrophobicity and tensile strength increase. Compared with pure acrylic emulsion and styrene acrylic emulsion modified wheat straw fiber, silicon acrylic emulsion modified wheat straw fiber has the lowest water absorption, the highest hydrophobicity and tensile strength. Compared with unmodified wheat straw fiber reinforced cement-based materials, the compressive strength and flexural strength of the modified wheat straw fiber reinforced cement-based materials are improved, and the toughness is enhanced. Among them, silicon acrylic emulsion modified wheat straw fiber has the best reinforcement and toughening effect on cement-based materials.

摘   要:研究了可再分散丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物乳胶粉(PRAS)和聚乙烯纤维(PE纤维)对喷射混凝土力学性能和抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:复掺适量PRAS和PE纤维能够显著提高喷射混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度,降低冻融循环后的质量损失率和提高相对动弹性模量;当PRAS掺量为0.4%、PE纤维体积掺量为1.0%时,喷射混凝土的力学性能和抗冻性能最佳。 Abstract: The effects of redispersible acrylate styrene copolymer latex powder (PRAS) and polyethylene fiber (PE fiber) on the mechanical properties and frost resistance of shotcrete were studied. The results show that adding appropriate content of PRAS and PE fiber can significantly improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of shotcrete, reduce the mass loss rate after freeze-thaw cycles, and increase the relative dynamic elastic modulus. When the PRAS content is 0.4% and the PE fiber volume content is 1.0%, the mechanical properties and frost resistance of shotcrete are the best.
