摘 要:从乳液体系的稳定性出发,通过HLB值寻求合适的乳化剂比例,制备了一种新型防水型可再分散乳胶粉,并研究了其对砂浆接触角、混凝土吸水量和混凝土强度的影响。采用乳化剂HLB为10时,其乳液稳定,可以长期存放。加入防水型可再分散乳胶粉后,砂浆表面接触角明显增加,混凝土吸水量随之降低,证实了防水型可再分散乳胶粉优异的防水性能;在掺量小于0.3%时,防水型可再分散乳胶粉对混凝土强度无负面影响。
Abstract: From the stability of emulsion system, a new type of water-proof redispersible emulsion powder was prepared by seeking a proper proportion of the emulsifier by HLB. The effect of water-proof redispersible emulsion powder on the contact angle of mortar, the water absorption and strength of concrete was studied. With the HLB of emulsifier was 10, the emulsion was stable and could be stored for a long time. The surface contact angle of mortar increased, the water absorption of concrete decreased, which confirmed the excellent water-proof performance of water-proof type redispersible emulsion powder. The water-proof type redispersible emulsion powder had no negative impact on the strength of concrete when the content was less than 0.3%.
